Nesse vídeo, vou mostrar que OURO é o recurso mais importante do Age of Mythology. Comida é literalmente ilimitado (por conta das farms), e Madeira, apesar de ter um limite físico no mapa, em 99% dos mapas não é um problema achar uma floresta próxima dos seus Centros da Cidade e em segurança.
Porém, ouro é diferente. As minas de ouro são limitadas e estão em locais pré-determinados no mapa. Em pouco tempo de partida, as minas de ouro seguras acabam e o jogador precisa avançar com seus aldeões para áreas perigosas ou, ainda, fazer uma rota de comércio que também é frágil...

I haven't played AOE in a while, but I remember enjoying it with my brothers even though I was the worst of them at playing in multiplayer...I had the disc for AOM but I'm not sure whether I simply never tried it because I didn't bother in installing it to the PC, the disc was scratched or if by the time I had memory of that box...the disc was no longer there.
Let me tell ya: AoE II still has a incredibly large, competitive community. There are lots of tournaments with good money prizes, lots of fairly popular streamers, all that jazz. It's incredible for a game so old!
