Quem mais aí é da turma que curte assistir TV no quarto antes de dormir? Eu sempre fui do time que prefere só ficar em silêncio, no escuro absoluto, para pegar no sono, mas parece que as coisas vão mudar aqui em casa em breve.
Minha esposa gosta de se distrair com a TV e sempre acaba dormindo sem querer na sala; ela deu a ideia de levar uma TV pro quarto pra ajudar ela nas noites de insônia...
O complicado da história é, enquanto ela se distrai e consegue dormir, eu fico todo empolgado e acabo perdendo o sono assistindo a TV hehehe
Mas a verdade é que, de fato, ela fica caindo no sono quando estamos na sala assistindo alguma bobagem na Netflix; essa TV no quarto vai ser um passaporte direto para o soninho 😅
Por outro lado, eu não tenho muita dificuldade em dormir. Se eu acabar me distraindo com a TV e perder alguns minutos de sono por dia, que seja.
