[ENG] Competitive Splinterlands? OPEN Tournaments!

Hello everyone!

This is a video in Portuguese in which I'll talk about the Open Tournaments, a new type of Tournament that came to Splinterlands recently but, while it hasn't trended in the community very much, is incredibly impactful on the future of the game!

Open Tournaments are a special type of tournament in which all players have all possible cards for that tournament rules unlocked, at maximum level. That is, regardless of what cards you have in your collection, during an Open Tournament you can play with every card available.

Well, and why this is impactful for the game? Well, Open Tournaments are some kind of "Competitive Splinterlands", in which players are not restricted to their wallets to buy cards (which are often prohibitively expensive). The player who plays the best, with the best strategy, will win the tournament, not the one with the most expensive cards. This opens a whole new layer to the game!

Nesse vídeo, vou falar sobre os Torneios Open, uma novidade que veio para o Splinterlands há algumas semanas mas que, apesar de ter sido pouco comentada pela comunidade, é incrivelmente impactante no futuro do jogo!

Os Torneios Open são um tipo especial de torneio em que todos os jogadores possuem as todas as cartas possíveis, para aquele torneio, liberadas, no nível máximo. Ou seja, independente de quais cartas você possui no seu acervo, durante o Torneio Open você poderá jogar com todas as cartas disponíveis no jogo.

Qual o grande impacto disso no Splinterlands? Simples! Os Torneios Open são uma espécie de "Splinterlands Competitivo", aonde os jogadores não ficam restritos à sua capacidade de comprar cartas (que muitas vezes são caras). Ganhará o torneio o jogador que jogar melhor, que tiver a melhor estratégia, e não aquele que tiver cartas mais caras!
