O Rio de Janeiro, jóia do Brasil, reluz com fulgor.
Banhado por mares, cercado de encantos mil,
Seu sorriso é eterno, seu encanto é sutil.
E o Pão de Açúcar abraça, com amor e amizade.
Sambas e bossas ecoam pelas vielas e ruas,
No balanço das ondas, a alma flutua.
Entre montanhas e lagoas, a natureza seduz.
Um abraço carinhoso, o abraço de Ipanema,
Onde a beleza se encontra, em cena e em poema.
O Rio pulsa na veia, não cansa de encantar.
Oh, cidade maravilhosa, rica em cores e cantos,
Teu encanto é eterno, em todos os recantos.
