Hola amigos de hive y de liketu y comunidad de Swc, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de plancha del día de ayer, he estado llevado una pequeña lesión de muñeca la cual ha limitado bastante mis entrenamientos de plancha, pero poco a poco ha ido sanando y el dia de ayer por fin entrene sin molestias.
