Entrenamiento en fitness salud [ESP|ENG]
Un saludo amigos de Hive y Liketu, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento en las instalaciones de un grupo de CrossFit llamado fitness es salud, desde aquí les doy las gracias por permitirme hacer uso de su espacio. Este entrenamiento fue a modo de activación para mis próximos entrenamientos, hice un poco de jale y empuje.
Greetings friends of Hive and Liketu, today I want to share with you some photographs of my training at the facilities of a CrossFit group called fitness is health, from here I thank you for allowing me to use your space. This workout was as an activation for my next workouts, I did some pulling and pushing.

Que genial que por allá puedas entrenar en esos espacios. Están geniales, aquí en Caracas es complejo, la gente de los Box y los Gym son cerradas con respecto a nuestra Disciplina.

Acá no todos son tan flexibles o abiertos a la calistenia, pero si hay gente comprensiva y que está dispuesta a ayudar mano, es como todo. Pero a las personas que nos dan la oportunidad siempre se les agradece. Saludos
