Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de planch del día de ayer. Este entrenamiento lo realicé en mi casa, debo decir que antes de entrenar venía de hacer mi primer turno en el trabajo. Está vez no me sentí muy fuerte debido a que el fin de semana fui un poco descuidado con mi alimentación y eso me afectó a la hora de entrenar ayer lunes. Comencé con intentos de full planch, dónde pude realizar 2 series de 3 segundos, luego de eso comencé con series efectivas mi primer ejercicio fueron presses de half planch con deadstop realizando las 2 primeras series con algo de dificultad y ya para la ultima serie si baje a 1 solo press con aguante mas prolongado. Mi segundo ejercicio fueron presses de straddel planch igualmente con deadstop realizando 2 repeticiones de 3 series igualmente, y mi último ejercicio fueron aguantes de tuck adv, dónde realice 3 series de 15 segundos. Finalicé con una biserie de básicos donde realice 8 flexiones de tuck adv + 2 flexiones de pino en 90 grados.

I did this training at home, I must say that before training I had just done my first shift at work. This time I didn't feel very strong because I was a little careless with my diet over the weekend and that affected me when it came to training yesterday, Monday. I started with attempts at full planch, where I was able to perform 2 sets of 3 seconds, after that I started with effective series, my first exercise was half planch presses with deadstop, performing the first 2 sets with some difficulty and for the last set I did go down. 1 press with longer endurance. My second exercise was straddel planch presses also with deadstop performing 2 repetitions of 3 sets as well, and my last exercise was adv tuck holds, where I performed 3 sets of 15 seconds. I finished with a basic biseries where I performed 8 adv tuck push-ups + 2 handstand push-ups at 90 degrees.
