CONTRIBUTION OF MANGO FRUIT SELLING BUSINESS TOWARDS HOUSEHOLD INCOME IN PINELENG SATU VILLAGE, PINELENG DISTRICT, MINAHASA DISTRICT

Pineleng Satu Village is known for its market selling mangoes. This business is a strategic business, because apart from the community's need for mangoes as a raw material for various kinds of culinary preparations, Pineleng Satu Village is located on a busy road that is passed almost every hour by motorists, so consumers who buy mangoes in Pineleng Village are not only from around the Pineleng Satu Village area, but many also come from outside Pineleng Satu Village. This business is usually open from 06.00 am to 11.00 pm, with an average selling price of mangoes of IDR 25,000.00 per container. The obstacle in this business is the business product offered, namely mangoes. This fact raises questions about the size of the profits earned by entrepreneurs selling mango fruit in Pineleng Satu Village, and how much contribution this business has to household income in Pineleng Satu Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how much the mango sales business contributes to household income in Pineleng Satu Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out in Pineleng Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency from October to December 2020. The sampling method in this research was incidental sampling technique , namely a random sampling technique or the respondents taken are respondents who at the time the researcher met were selling their merchandise . From the results of data collection, there were 6 respondents who were used as samples in this study. The total income from the business selling mangoes in Pineleng Satu Village, Pineleng District, consisting of 6 respondents, amounted to IDR 43,532,635 per month with an average income for each respondent per month of IDR 7,255. ,439. The total household income of mango fruit sellers in Pineleng Satu Village, Pineleng District, consisting of 6 respondents, is IDR 98,532,635 per month with an average total household income of IDR 16,422,105. The contribution of the mango sales business to household income in Pineleng Satu Village, Pineleng District, which consists of 6 respondents, was 44.18% in one month.
