Mt aunt owns a very big fish farm. She's been in the business for so long, and I can attest that it really is a full-time job. She handles it solely but calls on certain persons to take charge whenever she has to be away, which is always only for a short time. Aside from that, she's always available. I'm looking to venture into it myself.
