“Hello God…,How are you?”
See, when people get to that point where they begin to converse with God like they can see him face to face, just know that they’re at their wit’s end! Such was the predicament of Fisayo and Abiodun in this emotional drama.

MOVIE REVIEW
The opening scene was a GIIVING!
Ah! They got me there! See me smiling, even up to the second and third scene. It was such a strong start; one that would keep your interest.
Although given the title, you may be able to predict how things would end. However, you really can not tell what could go wrong from the start as it keeps you guessing until disaster finally strikes.
About 80% of the actors did a great job in interpreting their roles; my best being Munachi. That lady can act! She brought the character of Fisayo to life. She expressed all the emotions. The lady who played her mother too is a natural.
I love this movie. We get to see a man stand by his wife “through thick and thin” We got to experience how some men can keep their own struggles aside in order to be strong for their families and sadly still end up being misunderstood.
Picture quality was good. The sound was great. The background song was solemn. Wardrobe/costume and makeup appeared to have been managed but still worked fine.
While this movie is relatable, interesting, and refreshing, there are, however, some parts that really didn’t do it for me:
Character Development: Apart from viewing this from a motherly standpoint, any other person watching this on a naive basis may not be drawn into the character of the couple’s daughter enough for what it later turned out to be. I'm not sure she said more than four sentences in the movie. We were only told and made to believe she’s brilliant, but to what extent, the build-up didn’t show it.
Maybe I missed it, but what condition exactly was their daughter diagnosed with? Cause when her brother asked, Fisayo kept saying “they’ve taken blood samples to check." Even before the surgical procedure was carried out, the doctor still wasn’t very specific. We only heard an internal organ mentioned. Were they trying to play safe? But that would have made the movie more educational and enlightening had they explained more about the medical condition.
Abiodun’s sister, referring to Fisayo as “your wife” made me uncomfortable. It appeared like in-laws who were not on good terms. The lady who played that role didn’t really do a good job, to be honest. Well, maybe it’s the script given to her. But no! I think it’s something to do with character representation.
Was Fisayo’s sales person later apprehended? I would really love to know.
Conclusion:
All in all, I totally enjoyed this. Big ups to everyone involved in the project. Although the movie ended in a cliche manner, nonetheless, I loved it. You will enjoy it. Just go see it.
I hope that this was interesting. Thanks for coming around.
