Cada semana les comparto en mi blog una reseña de un libro, aunque la verdad no es algo actualizado, no se trata exactamente de mi última lectura, ya que en una semana podría leer desde 1 hasta 4 libros, dependiendo de mi mood. Así que mi lista para hacer reseñas suele ser bastante larga, dando hasta hoy un total de 16 libros por reseñar. Y como yo no paro de leer, la lista aumenta cada vez más jaja. Es por ello que quiero comenzar ahora a hacer mi "Warp Up" al finalizar un mes y mi "TBR" al comenzar un nuevo mes. Así que vamos a comentar rápidamente los libros que leí en mayo, sin reseñas, solo del peor al mejor que he leído en Mayo.

Every week I share with you in my blog a book review, although it's not really something updated, it's not exactly my latest reading, since in a week I could read from 1 to 4 books, depending on my mood. En las más bajas posiciones, tenemos algunos libros escritos por Ari Godoy. Los primeros dos, de la saga "Almas Perdidas" fueron relecturas, no sé por qué razón lo hice y me arrepiento, ya que he comenzado a odiar un poco los libros, tienen una tramita interesante, pero son vagos, les falta mucho desarrollo. Y para mejorar un poco, estuve leyendo "Heist" y "Fleur" unos Dark Romance que, si me gustaron mucho más, no son perfectos, pero están mejor construidos y son muy intrigantes.

In the lowest positions, we have some books written by Ariana Godoy. The first two, from the “Lost Souls” saga were rereads, I don't know why I did it and I regret it, as I have started to hate the books a little bit, they have an interesting plot, but they are vague, they lack a lot of development. And to improve a bit, I was reading “Heist” and “Fleur” some Dark Romance that, if I liked them a lot more, they are not perfect, but they are better built and very intriguing.

Entrando en unos libros que estuve amando, fueron de la saga "Los habitantes del aire" de Holly Black, concretamente la saga principal narrada desde El Principe Cruel, el cual, fue una re-lectura para poder adentrarme muy bien en la saga, ya que no recordaba nada. Que buenos libros son estos, fantasía, con búsqueda de poder político, enemies to lovers y una trama que va de mejor a mejor. Y en el puesto 5 de este top, tenemos a "La espada de la asesina" de Sarah J. Mass que sería la precuela de Throne of Glass, una maravilla escrita, diseñado para hacerte llorar con el final, pero que te hace entender muy bien al personaje femenino de esta historia, aunque eso ya lo hacía porque termine esa saga hace par de meses.

Going into some books that I was loving, they were from Holly Black's “The Air Dwellers” saga, specifically the main saga narrated from The Cruel Prince, which, was a re-read so I could get really well into the saga, as I didn't remember anything. What good books these are, fantasy, with a quest for political power, enemies to lovers and a plot that goes from better to better. And at number 5 in this top, we have “The Sword of the Assassin” by Sarah J. Mass which would be the prequel to Throne of Glass, a wonderfully written, designed to make you cry with the ending, but makes you understand the female character in this story very well, although I already did that because I finished that saga a couple of months ago

Y la joya de la corona tiene que ser este top 3, comenzando por "Alas de Sangre" de Rebeca Yarros, un libro de fantasía de dragones genial, que me ha gustado full, pero que no está en el top 1 por ciertos detalles de gusto personal. Siguiendo con "Reina de Nada" de Holly Black, el último libro de El Príncipe Cruel, un final perfecto, con un desarrollo intrigante del cual no cambiaría nada. Y para finalizar, el último libro de Ciudad Medialuna de Sarah J. Mass "Casa de Flama y Sombra", qué libro tan largo y lleno de información, como me gustan, me costó mucho decidir si era el mejor del mes, pero debo decir que sí, por el gran universo que esta mujer ha creado. Y finalmente, este top cierra con 11 libros leídos en el mes, los cuales sentí pocos, creo que porque no los he amado todos como en meses anteriores. Ya quiero hacer mi TBR para este mes de junio, nos leemos pronto!

And the jewel in the crown has to be this top 3, starting with “Wings of Blood” by Rebeca Yarros, a great dragon fantasy book, which I liked full, but it's not in the top 1 because of certain details of personal taste. And to finish, the last book of Crescent City by Sarah J. Mass “House of Flame and Shadow”, what a long book and full of information, as I like them, I had a hard time deciding if it was the best of the month, but I must say yes, because of the great universe that this woman has created. And finally, this top closes with 11 books read in the month, which I felt few, I think because I have not loved them all as in previous months. I already want to make my TBR for this month of June, see you soon!
