Our brains work better when we’re not rushing.

I totally agree with this quote. A couple of times, my brain totally went mute and I couldn't comprehend anything because I was frantic and under pressure.
I ended up not completing the tasks at the due time and it was so frustrating.

I may have to look up the book. Thanks for sharing and do have an enjoyable new week.

I am sorry to hear about it. I had the same situation a couple of times. Now I am trying to follow the principles mentioned in the book. I think that book can be a good guidebook for productive work or about how to reach your goal.
