Everyone can check the actual Witness-List on
with a lot of Details to check on. To check if someone is voting for an invalid Witness you can check out the Tool from @primersion under: https://primersion.com/witnesses by enter a Username in the Searchbox. Every single HIVE-User / InLeo User have 30 Witness Votes to cast and everyone should participate in the Hive Witness Voting and use all the 30 available Votes. And by the Way - u dont need to Vote for Top 20 - Also a bunch of Lower-Ranked Witness doing a great Job on this Platform helping to make HIVE and yes, Inleo with it, a better and more decentralized Place in the World of Blockchains.

Yes, more people should get active in witness voting. More whales should move their votes to people (and more importantly, projects) who are actually contributing to the growth of this blockchain
