I've always felt a special connection with this character, so I decided to recreate him, imagining him in a quiet moment in the middle of a forest wrapped in flames. In my mind, Infurno is not just a being of fire, but a creature that finds peace even in an environment as chaotic as a burning forest. I wanted to capture that duality: the ferocity of fire and the calm of a sleeping wolf.
In this piece, Infurno appears curled up peacefully, surrounded by burning trees. The warm color palette, with deep reds and bright oranges, envelops the scene in an atmosphere that radiates warmth and energy. Every detail in his fur, from the intense shades of red to the soft orange flashes, seeks to reflect not only his igneous nature, but also an unexpected softness. Despite the scorching environment, her closed eyes and relaxed posture convey a serenity that contrasts with the fiery landscape.
This fan art is my humble tribute to Infurno, combining elements of fire and nature with a tranquility we rarely associate with the destructive power of fire. Siempre he sentido una conexión especial con este personaje, por lo que decidí recrearlo, imaginándolo en un momento de tranquilidad en medio de un bosque envuelto en llamas. En mi mente, Infurno no es solo un ser de fuego, sino una criatura que encuentra paz incluso en un entorno tan caótico como un bosque en llamas. Quise capturar esa dualidad: la ferocidad del fuego y la calma de un lobo dormido.
En esta pieza, Infurno aparece acurrucado plácidamente, rodeado de árboles ardientes. La paleta de colores cálidos, con rojos profundos y naranjas brillantes, envuelve la escena en una atmósfera que irradia calor y energía. Cada detalle en su pelaje, desde las tonalidades intensas de rojo hasta los suaves destellos naranjas, busca reflejar no solo su naturaleza ígnea, sino también una suavidad inesperada. A pesar del entorno abrasador, sus ojos cerrados y su postura relajada transmiten una serenidad que contrasta con el paisaje ardiente.

Fire Wolf, known in his world as Infurno, is an ancestral guardian of the burning forests. Centuries ago, when a cataclysmic fire ravaged his home, Infurno absorbed the flames to protect the creatures of the forest. Since then, he has roamed the burning forests, maintaining the balance between fire and nature. Though his appearance is fierce, his heart is kind and protective. Infurno sleeps in the heart of the burning forest, where his presence ensures that the fire never gets out of control, allowing life to flourish even in the most adverse conditions. His serenity in the midst of chaos is a symbol of hope and resilience to all who know his story.

Hace siglos, cuando un cataclismo de fuego arrasó su hogar, Infurno absorbió las llamas para proteger a las criaturas del bosque. Desde entonces, ha vagado por los bosques en llamas, manteniendo el equilibrio entre el fuego y la naturaleza. Aunque su apariencia es feroz, su corazón es bondadoso y protector. Infurno duerme en el corazón del bosque en llamas, donde su presencia asegura que el fuego nunca se descontrole, permitiendo que la vida florezca incluso en las condiciones más adversas. Process / Proceso
The process of creating this fan art of Infurno began with a phase of exploration through sketching. In this initial stage, my main goal was to capture Infurno's calm posture as he slept in an environment that reflected his fiery nature. With quick, light strokes, I began to outline the figure of the curled-up wolf, adjusting his position until I felt the design conveyed the serenity I was looking for. I also began to suggest the composition of the background, sketching the shapes of the burning trees and embers that would surround the character.
Once I was satisfied with the sketch, I moved on to the outlining stage. Here, I concentrated on defining the contours of the character, using sharper, cleaner lines to highlight the main shapes. I wanted each line to reflect both the softness of Infurno's fur and the energy of the flames surrounding him. At this point, I also decided which details I would keep and which I would simplify to give the drawing a more stylized, anime-typical approach.
With the outline finished, it was time to bring the illustration to life through color. I started by applying a base of warm tones for Infurno, using a range of browns, reds and oranges that reflect his igneous nature. Next, I worked on the background, making sure that the colors of the burning forest complemented the character without stealing his thunder. Here, the key was to balance the tones so that the scene as a whole conveyed both the intensity of the fire and the tranquility of the moment.
The next step was to apply shadows and highlights to add depth and realism to the scene. The shadows helped to highlight the structure of Infurno's body, giving it volume and presence. I played with the light sources, imagining how the surrounding flames would illuminate his fur and how the shadows would be cast on his curled up figure. Finally, I added subtle shimmers in the areas where the flames would reflect more intensity, such as on the tips of her fur and the edges of the flames, to accentuate the warm, enveloping atmosphere.
This process of creation allowed me not only to capture Infurno in a state of calm, but also to capture the dual essence of his character: the powerful energy of fire and the peace that can be found even in the midst of fiery chaos. Each stage, from the initial sketch to the final glossy touches, was another step in building an image that I hope conveys the complexity and beauty of this character.
El proceso de creación de este fan art de Infurno comenzó con una fase de exploración a través del boceto. En esta etapa inicial, mi objetivo principal era capturar la postura tranquila de Infurno mientras dormía en un entorno que reflejara su naturaleza ardiente. Con trazos rápidos y ligeros, empecé a delinear la figura del lobo acurrucado, ajustando su posición hasta que sentí que el diseño transmitía la serenidad que buscaba. También empecé a sugerir la composición del fondo, esbozando las formas de los árboles en llamas y las brasas que rodearían al personaje.
Una vez que estuve satisfecha con el boceto, pasé a la etapa de delineado. Aquí, me concentré en definir los contornos del personaje, utilizando líneas más precisas y limpias para destacar las formas principales. Quería que cada línea reflejara tanto la suavidad del pelaje de Infurno como la energía de las llamas que lo rodeaban. En este punto, también decidí qué detalles mantendría y cuáles simplificaría para dar al dibujo un enfoque más estilizado, típico del anime.
Con el delineado terminado, llegó el momento de darle vida a la ilustración a través del color. Empecé aplicando una base de tonos cálidos para Infurno, utilizando una gama de, marrones, rojos y naranjas que reflejan su naturaleza ígnea. Luego, trabajé en el fondo, asegurándome de que los colores del bosque en llamas complementaran al personaje sin robarle protagonismo. Aquí, la clave fue equilibrar los tonos para que la escena en su conjunto transmitiera tanto la intensidad del fuego como la tranquilidad del momento.
El siguiente paso fue aplicar sombras y brillos para agregar profundidad y realismo a la escena. Las sombras ayudaron a resaltar la estructura del cuerpo de Infurno, dándole volumen y presencia. Jugué con las fuentes de luz, imaginando cómo las llamas circundantes iluminarían su pelaje y cómo las sombras se proyectarían sobre su figura acurrucada. Por último, añadí brillos sutiles en las zonas donde las llamas reflejarían más intensidad, como en las puntas de su pelaje y en los bordes de las llamas, para acentuar la atmósfera cálida y envolvente.
Este proceso de creación me permitió no solo plasmar a Infurno en un estado de calma, sino también capturar la esencia dual de su carácter: la poderosa energía del fuego y la paz que se puede encontrar incluso en medio de un caos ardiente. Cada etapa, desde el boceto inicial hasta los últimos retoques de brillo, fue un paso más en la construcción de una imagen que espero transmita la complejidad y la belleza de este personaje.
