Saludos para esta deliciosa comunidad , hoy es mi primera vez posteando acá ♥ para empezar quiero desearles un excelente dia, hoy comparto con ustedes una deliciosa y tradicional de receta llamada Bollos Pelones un plato Venezolano específicamente maracucho, la receta se basa en una bola de masa de harina de maíz rellena de guiso de carne molida o de pollo mechado (dependiendo el gusto) , que se cocina en agua (algunos lo fríen) y se baña luego con una suculenta salsa de tomate casera.

INGREDIENTES
• 500gr de carne molida
• 1 cebolla grande
• 2 Aji Dulce
• 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo
• 1 cucharada de onoto
• 100ml de agua
• 1 cucharada de aceite
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
• Adobo
• Harina Pan
• Salsa Inglesa y Salsa de ajo
• 1 Cubito Maggi
• Salsa para pastas

Greetings to this delicious community, today is my first time posting here ♥ to start I want to wish you an excellent day, today I share with you a delicious and traditional recipe called Bollos pelones a Venezuelan dish specifically Maracucho, the recipe is based on a ball of corn flour dough stuffed with ground beef stew or larded chicken (depending on taste), which is cooked in water (some fry it) and then bathed with a succulent homemade tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500gr ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 sweet chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onoto
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinade
  • Flour Bread
  • English Sauce and Garlic Sauce
  • 1 Maggi cube
  • Pasta sauce

Para empezar esta maravillosa receta vamos a picar nuestros ají y cebolla , previamente aliñamos nuestra carne con sal, pimienta, salsa inglesa y salsa de Ajo, luego tomamos nuestro aliño y lo picamos en cubitos para sofreírlos en aceite junto a nuestra cebolla y luego agregamos toda nuestra carne molida, dejamos que esto se cocine muy bien y que nuestra carne quede sequita.

To start this wonderful recipe we are going to chop our chili and onion, previously we season our meat with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic sauce, then we take our seasoning and chop it into cubes to fry them in oil with our onion and then add all our ground beef, let it cook very well and our meat is dry.

Para nuestra masa vamos a tomar agua y la vertemos en un bolw donde agregaremos nuestro cubito de pollo para darle sabor a la masa junto con una cucharada de onoto para agregarle color y poco a poco vamos a verter la harina pan hasta formar una masa un poco dura para que nuestros bollos no se desarme al momento de ser hervidos.

For our dough we will take water and pour it in a bowl where we will add our chicken cube to flavor the dough along with a spoonful of onoto to add color and little by little we will pour the bread flour until we form a hard dough so that our buns do not fall apart when they are boiled.

Para el relleno de nuestros bollos formaremos una bolita y luego como especie de una arepa donde luego colocaremos en el centro nuestro relleno de carne molida, al hacer esto cerramos con nuestras manos la masa y formamos nuevamente nuestra bola.

For the filling of our buns we will form a little ball and then as a kind of an arepa where we will place in the center our ground beef filling, when we do this we close the dough with our hands and form our ball again.

Luego de formar nuestros bollos vamos a colocar a hervirlos hasta que estos floten ( esto nos indicara que ya la masa se cocino perfectamente) en mi caso para esta receta salieron 7 bollos pelones, claro esta todo depende del tamaño en que quieras hacerlos yo los hago grandes.

After forming our buns we are going to boil them until they float (this will indicate that the dough is perfectly cooked) in my case for this recipe 7 buns came out bald, of course it all depends on the size you want to make them I make them big.

En una refractaria que podamos meter en el horno vamos a colocar en orden nuestros bollos deliciosos y acá colocaremos el toque mágico ( La salsa para pasta) la puedes realizar en casa yo particularmente compre esta salsa donde me ahorro este paso y la verdad es que son buenísimas. Al tenerlos todos en orden vertemos la salsa en ellos para que quede mojaditos , y llevamos al horno por unos 20 min a 170° para que calienten un poco mas y la masa absorba el sabor de nuestra salsa.
