Today is about my most recent trip to a charming town located in Caucagua called Araguita where we observed a place of different colors, really a spectacle for the senses. We visited a beautiful farm where we were able to tour the charming town of Araguita, with its colorful houses and its beautiful colonial church.

El dia de hoy es sobre mi mas reciente viaje a un pueblo encantador Ubicado en Caucagua llamado Araguita donde observamos un lugar de diferentes colores, realmente un espectáculo para los sentidos. Realizamos la visita a una finca hermosa donde pudimos recorrer el encantador pueblo de Araguita, con sus casas coloridas y su hermosa iglesia colonial.
During our tour, we were able to appreciate the laborious work of the cocoa farmers, who with great effort and dedication take care of the trees and harvest the best cocoa beans. They explained to us the entire production process, from planting and cultivation, to harvesting and fermentation of the beans, which are then dried in the sun for further processing.

In addition, we had the opportunity to taste directly from the cocoa fruit, a truly delicious and unique experience. The intense flavor and exquisite aroma transported us to another world, where cocoa is the undisputed protagonist.
Durante nuestro recorrido, pudimos apreciar la laboriosa labor de los agricultores de cacao, quienes con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación cuidan de los árboles y cosechan los mejores granos de cacao. Nos explicaron todo el proceso de producción, desde la siembra y cultivo, hasta la recolección y fermentación de los granos, que luego son secados al sol para su posterior procesamiento .

Además, tuvimos la oportunidad de probar directamente del fruto del cacao, una experiencia realmente deliciosa y única. El sabor intenso y el aroma exquisito nos transportaron a otro mundo, en el que el cacao es el protagonista indiscutible.
But we did not only stay at the farm, we also got to know the daily life of the inhabitants of Araguita. We met friendly and welcoming people, willing to share with us their stories and traditions. And to thank them for their hospitality, we decided to prepare them a delicious soup, with fresh ingredients and typical flavors of the region. It was an enriching experience to be able to share a meal with them, listen to their anecdotes and learn more about their culture.
Pero no solo nos quedamos en la finca, también nos adentramos en la vida diaria de los habitantes de Araguita. Conocimos a personas amables y acogedoras, dispuestas a compartir con nosotros sus historias y tradiciones. Y para agradecerles su hospitalidad, decidimos prepararles una deliciosa sopa, con ingredientes frescos y sabores típicos de la región. Fue una experiencia enriquecedora poder compartir una comida con ellos, escuchar sus anécdotas y aprender más sobre su cultura.
In summary, our trip to the town of Araguita was an unforgettable experience. Undoubtedly, a place worth visiting, both for its natural beauty and its rich cultural heritage.
