Review of the card

The card that we are going to review today is the legendary monster; Spirit Hoarder. My opinion about this card is that it's a pretty decent monster for its cost. It's a really low cost magic attack option that it gets better abilities each time you level it up. At level 1 it has the ability Triage and at level 2 it gets the ability Dispel and later on the ability Blind. I highly recommend using this card if you need the option to heal your backline monsters or if you need a Magic attack solution.

The Battle

Ruleset

• Armored up: All monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat
• The Mana cap for this battle is at 36 and we can play only Water, Earth, and Dragon class.

Summoner Selection

The summoner that I chose for this battle was one of my favorites from the Dragon class. To be honest for me Delwyn Dragonscale is one of the most value-for-money summoners and I really like that gives me great flexibility to use it in many situations. In this battle, I will try to focus more on Magic attack cards and that was the reason that made me think of this summoner before something else. I highly recommend using this card because it's really cheap for renting and doesn't restrict you on one tactic.

Teams' Formation

The first card that I chose to enter the battlefield for my formation was the Epic tank Djinn Chwala. Yeap, I know that I said that I would focus on a magic attack formation but I didn't know for sure that my opponent would mirror my strategy of attacking and I wanted to be secure in any case. I know that it was easy to predict that because of the ruleset Armored up but you never know. Also, I don't think that this option was too bad for this situation either because he also put a melee attack card in the first position.

The second card that I chose to be a part of my team was Dhinn Oshannus and I have talked many times about the greatness of this card and how big an impact does on each of the games that I use it. The most important thing is the pretty OP stats that this card has even at level 1 and of course the ability it has Void. It's a pretty great tank/dps solution against either Melee or Magic attack formations.

The third monster that I joined the battle was too one of my favorites card of the Water class; River Hellondale. I really like this legendary card because you can use it in both Magic & Melee attack-type formations and make a difference in each of them. In this specific situation, I wanted to have the great ability it has Resurrect, and of course, the Magic damage that it gonna deal on my opponent's formation. If you are wondering how you could use it as a Melee attack formation, you should look up the ability it gains at level 2. Spoiler alert is the ability Inspire.

So our fourth option was the required monster that I had to play Spirit Hoarder. Well, I pretty much analyzed this card in the previous section so I am not going to say much here. I really wanted a low-cost magic attack card so I decided that this monster fit perfectly on our formation.

The last monster that I placed on the battlefield was Venari Wavesmith. The reason for choosing this particular monster was the fact that I wasn't sure about the formation that my opponent would choose and I wanted to be better safe than sorry but I can't really say that the ability of this card has helped a lot throughout the battle. I am more confident that the damage dealt by that helped a lot more tbh. Solid option either way in my opinion.
