Aún recuerdo vívidamente el auditorio donde se celebraban las graduaciones escolares de mis hijos. Es un lugar lleno de emoción y orgullo, en donde todos los estudiantes de la escuela contribuían con colaboraciones voluntarias para hacer de esos eventos algo especial. Las contribuciones varían de 20 a 40 bolívares dependiendo de las posibilidades de cada representante, una cantidad modesta pero significativa para los estudiantes y sus familias a la hora de realizar el evento.

Sin embargo, siempre me pareció injusto que solo estuvieran invitados familiares y amigos cercanos. Me parecía que todos los que habían contribuido deberían haber sido incluidos en la celebración. A pesar de esto, las colaboraciones se utilizaban para decorar el auditorio con globos, flores y pancartas, creando un ambiente festivo y alegre para todos los allí presentes.

Los estudiantes estaban visiblemente agradecidos con todos los que habían contribuido, pero notaba que algunos de los que habían colaborado estaban un poco descontentos por no haber sido invitados. Era comprensible, ya que todos querían ser parte de ese momento especial.

La graduación se ha convertido en una tradición anual en la escuela, celebrándose año tras año y pronto llegará la de 2025. Aunque ya pasó la graduación de mi hijo, aún faltan algunas, como la de quinto año de mi hija Nayliannys que ahora se encuentra en octavo grado, y siento un poco de nostalgia al recordar aquellos momentos especiales. Espero que las futuras generaciones de estudiantes también puedan disfrutar de esta tradición tan significativa.

I still vividly remember the auditorium where my children's school graduations were held. It is a place full of emotion and pride, where all the students of the school contributed with voluntary collaborations to make those events something special. Contributions vary from 20 to 40 bolivars depending on the possibilities of each representative, a modest but significant amount for students and their families when holding the event.

However, it always seemed unfair to me that only family and close friends were invited. It seemed to me that everyone who had contributed should have been included in the celebration. Despite this, the collaborations were used to decorate the auditorium with balloons, flowers and banners, creating a festive and happy atmosphere for everyone present.

The students were visibly grateful to everyone who had contributed, but I could tell that some of those who had contributed were a little unhappy about not being invited. It was understandable, since everyone wanted to be part of that special moment.

Graduation has become an annual tradition at school, being celebrated year after year, and soon 2025 will arrive. Although my son's graduation has passed, there are still a few to go, like my daughter Nayliannys' fifth year graduation, who is now in eighth grade, and I feel a little nostalgic remembering those special moments. I hope that future generations of students can also enjoy this significant tradition.
