After countless tries, I finally baked the perfect batch of biscuits.

I hope you all are doing good. I was so consumed by the work last days that I couldn’t do much baking. As you guys know baking is kind of therapy for me. So today I took a little break and backed some biscuits.
Let me share the recipe with you guys.
For biscuits I took desi ghee and some meltled butter in the bowl. Adding desi ghee enriches the flavor of the biscuits and if one doesn’t have it alternatively melted butter can be added which is a little browned.
Then I measured the sugar and put that into another pan.
Now I started beating my ingredients by using my beating machine, firstly I beated the desi ghee and butter together, until they were well combined and smooth in texure.
After getting a smooth mixture of butter, I added the caster sugar in it.
And then starting beating it too. I was adding the sugar continuously and beating it simultaneously too. The sugar should be beated to the level when it is dissolved completely in to the butter.
Then I added the egg in into the mixture.
And then I started beating the egg too. Beat it almost 3 minutes untill the batter is smooth and soft.
And then I added the vanilla essence in it. It is added to remove the smell of egg from the batter. And then I mixed it again in it.
This is how the batter looked like. It was really silky and smooth.
After that I measured the all purpose flour and strained it so that no lumps are there in it.
Then I added the flour in the mixture too and starting mixing it using the spatula. Make sure to mix it gently so that the dough remains soft.
The last thing was milk powder which I took to add in it. I used everyday milk powder.
And added to the mixture. It gives rich flavour to the biscuits.
To add the crunchy touch to it I took some almonds and crushed them and added to the batter.
The dough was ready and then I shaped the biscuits from the dough. This is how they looked like after shaping.
Then I finally baked my biscuits and after baking them I look them out in the large tray so that they came in contact with the air.
They turned out amazing and were very delicious in taste. Now I enjoy them every morning with my coffee.
