No to mistreatment - opinion. Week 214
Welcome to my blog
Happy beginning of the week, I hope you are very well. Today I will share my opinion on a topic that gives me a lot of sadness, vya it is about abuse in relationships.the main topic is:
What advice would you give to someone in an abusive relationship and why?
I have always been against any kind of abuse. In a relationship, respect must prevail above all else and when you cross that line and fall into mistreatment, you lose everything.
Now what would I say to a person in an abusive situation. I start by saying that no one is making fools of themselves, and I have also heard many people say that you can't talk about something you haven't lived through. Well these are phrases that make me sad.
I would tell them first of all to seek psychological help, where they can help her to raise her self-esteem so that by giving her courage, she will have the willpower not to continue in a place where she is being mistreated.
I would also tell her that we are born to be happy and that we should not allow for any reason to be mistreated, either in words, emotionally and much less physically. I would tell her to stay away from anything that does not cause her wellbeing.
It is not easy when a person goes through this, to get out of it quickly, but expert help will help you to overcome and to have the strength to leave it all behind.
From my perspective, I detest an abusive person. As the mother of a daughter, I have always been dedicated to giving advice on this subject. You have to build self-esteem from an early age. I have told my children that in order to love another person, you have to love yourself first.
I bid you farewell and see you at a later date.

This happens a lot when the person has a low self-esteem and also when he/she depends economically on the partner and accepts the mistreatment, and then it becomes a habit to receive this type of mistreatment that turns into abuse by the partner, greetings.
That's how I think, that's why I believe that people's self-esteem must be strengthened, whether they are men or women.

It isn’t good for the mental health of anyone
I agree with you, it is better to walk away soon, and not let time pass because the damage can be worse.
I think that seeking help and prioritizing self-esteem are vital steps for anyone in an abusive relationship.
