Tennis has Become Lifestyle & Health
Tennis has been gaining popularity and continues to develop in Indonesia in recent times. The sport’s popularity is soaring as more celebrities are taking an interest in it.
Tennis is now popular across various groups, offering a mix of speed, precision, and challenging strategy. It not only builds mental endurance and the ability to think tactically under pressure but also demands physical strength and agility. Besides being a captivating sport, tennis has also become part of a fashion trend in Indonesia, reflecting an active and stylish lifestyle.
I decided to join a group called Tennis Kuy, where each session is guided by a coach for a fee of 300,000 - 500,000 IDR, depending on the chosen coach. Each training session lasts 90 minutes with friends.
