A sad story that touches the heart and leaves a deep wound.

hello all my dear friends who are still loyal with #aseanhive, wherever you are.

two days ago, on Saturday, it was a pity to take the time to return to visit one of the largest reservoirs in Aceh.

I will share a sad, sad and heart-wrenching story that I experienced when I visited the reservoir on Saturday.

my visit yesterday was not my first visit to this reservoir, I have visited this reservoir several times, and have shared with you the story of the origin of the construction of this reservoir, the purpose of building this reservoir, and even if you still remember, I once shared how beautiful it was. nature in this reservoir area, and it's truly amazing.

A little reminder and review about this reservoir, this reservoir is one of the largest reservoirs built for the welfare of the farming community in the village, with the aim that this reservoir is used as a water reservoir and can be used by farmers during the dry season, as well as a reservoir This is planned to be used as a tourist spot that can create jobs for the villagers.

The natural beauty that exists in this reservoir makes me want to visit it again, And I hope I will find peace in this place.

instead of being able to find calm and peace, it turned out that when I arrived at this reservoir, tears ran down my cheeks.

how not, when I visited this reservoir a few months ago, the water in this reservoir looks very clear with such an enchanting nature, even I can meet many anglers fishing in this reservoir, even then I was given the opportunity to see how anglers are fishing here, but what I see now is much different from before.

the water in this reservoir looks really dry, even the ground looks like it's starting to crack, I can't imagine why this could happen.

if the drought in the reservoir water is associated with the dry season, then it cannot happen, because at this time it is not the dry season, in fact it often rains.

In the past when I visited a few months ago, the water in this reservoir was full and I estimate that the depth of this reservoir was 5 to 6 meters, but at this time the water is really starting to dry up, and even the bottom floor of this reservoir is showing.

I'm actually really curious why this can happen?

What's with this reservoir? what happened? who is to blame?

What is certain of course is that this is a big disaster for the villagers, where there will be many lives at risk, many farming families who are threatened with starvation, because for the villagers this reservoir is their life.

For the farmers the drying up of this creature is of course the most frightening specter, they will not be able to grow rice in the fields because the only source of water that they depend on for their life is almost gone.

I am really sad to imagine how the fate of the farmers in the 15 villages around this reservoir, because the water in this reservoir will be used for at least nearly 20,000 villagers.

that means there will be 20,000 villagers who are threatened with poverty and hunger, I am really sad and don't know what to do, and I feel my chest is tight because I am worried about the fate of the villagers.

I continue to surround this reservoir and look for what is the main cause of the dryness of this largest reservoir, no one here can ask me about the mystery of this dry reservoir.

however I found some of the walls and iron retaining of the bridge in this reservoir have been destroyed and it seems to have been broken into and stolen by irresponsible people.

and after a long time I visited this reservoir I found a little answer, that this reservoir has been damaged by irresponsible people and they destroy nature and buildings here.

even when I went to the sluice gate which is the main gate in this reservoir, it turned out that the sluice gate had also been lost and stolen and resulted in this reservoir almost no longer functioning.

I don't know who to blame, and of course the victims are the farmers in the village.

What I'm worried about is that when there are ignorant hands who want to destroy nature, then nature will be angry, God is angry, and everyone has to suffer the consequences.

that's a bit of a sad and sad story from me, I hope you can take the wisdom behind my story, that we as God's creatures, must be good friends with nature, and must protect the environment for the safety of mankind until our future generations.

greetings from me

@lion-bull

Soil can be dry and of course have such gaps. Hopefully the water will return there and make the location still very good

I've been to that place If I'm not mistaken a month ago and finally it was still very full but I was a little surprised to see that the water had dried up and the ground was also split like that. Hopefully it can be filled with water again
