In this opportunity, I want to talk to you about coffee and my favorite taste of how I and my wife like it. In my personal case, I come from a family that consumes a lot of coffee. In fact, since I was little I have been used to drinking coffee and since then I continue to do so. It doesn't matter if it is with milk, but I mostly drink it black.

But the most important thing is that I like it very hot because that way I enjoy it very much. Of course, I am aware that maybe some people like it cold or lukewarm. That's a matter of each person and it's not bad. In fact, some people like coffee ice cream very much, and I like it too, of course. We have to be aware that coffee is coffee, and ice cream is ice cream.

Talking about coffee, I love hot coffee so much that I have burned my tongue many times to try a hot coffee. I told you once that I had not had breakfast early and then I went to a coffee shop and ordered a coffee. But because I was hungry, I drank it so fast that it burned my throat. That's why it's good to be very careful when drinking hot coffee.

Thinking back in time, it crosses my mind that my parents, in this case my mother, used to boil water in a clay stove they had in their little house in the countryside. As they say here in the towns of the plains, she would put the water in the pot and pour the coffee inside. After it boiled, he let it rest and then served it very hot. We drank it with a roll of flour bread.

And it seems incredible that since then not only I, but all my siblings have the same custom. Although we are all adults, in my case it was so much that my wife, who did not drink coffee when we got married, learned to do it and got used to drinking coffee. Now she drinks more coffee than I do, but she also likes to drink her coffee hot the same way I do.

So, as I already told you, we all have our tastes when drinking coffee. Perhaps others do not like it, but in our case, the truth is that if there is no coffee, there is no life. In fact, if there is no coffee in my house, there may be no food, but there will never be no coffee.

That's why I like hot coffee so much, because it reminds me of my mother, who is no longer with me. Of course, iced coffee is a delight, but we older people are almost always about traditions and coffee.
