When Empire dies, it dies in shame first…

Today, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague is to rule on the case of genocide by the State of Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza, brought by South Africa. It is no longer unexpected, nor is it news, that the corporate media under the management of the Empire, did not even mention the brilliant presentation of the case presented by the team of South African lawyers:

Instead, they relayed only the nonsense of Israel’s ‘defense’, which consisted of repeated assertions that Israel has a right to self-defense, that a people who experienced the Holocaust cannot commit genocide, and that the territory biblically belongs to them. It was a hollow attempt of Zionist criminals to hide from responsibility for their own crimes behind the suffering of the Jewish people… It’s not enough to call it a shame.

The Empire, protecting its terrorists and corporate interests, stood behind the monstrous Zionist crimes at full capacity.

Today we are waiting for the formal decision of the International Court of Justice, which will not obligate anyone to implement it. But it will certainly prevent the crime from taking place in silence and without any reaction. And the decision will show another important thing: whether that institution, like the International Criminal Court and the fake International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, completely belongs to the Empire…

And while we wait for the decision, let’s look at what the definition of genocide looks like according to the United Nations Genocide Convention, which Israel also signed:

Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

So, there are two conditions that need to be proven: The crime itself, and genocidal intent. By indiscriminately bombing Gaza for nearly four months, Israel maintains an average of 100 Palestinian children killed each day, which clearly fulfills the first condition. The second condition in legal practice is much more difficult to prove - unless the criminals themselves come forward and brag about the crime!

This is a textbook example of genocide before the eyes and conscience of the whole world. Only one question remains:

How long will the world turn a blind eye to genocide?
