The site above gives you access to their service. In default all hive users can burn 500 CCD token for a 50% upvote . This can be used once every 24 hours.

For people who wants increase their vote value and lower their cooldown time to use the service, you can stake CCD tokens to get it.

All eligible blogs will appear in a box, all you have to do is click the article and it will automatically show in CCD token burning box. Remember only blog within 24 hours is eligible.
