My Investment Update: Profit and ROI Calculations + The Opening of 1 Airdropped Crate
I have many interests and many passions in my life, and two of my passions are Hive and blockchain-based games.
My first blockchain-based game I played was Spinterlands, it was October 18, 2019, and Splinterlands was my gateway to a world I didn't know, a world where game assets are owned exclusively by the player and not by a gaming company that has total power and maintains control over everything.
After Splinterlands I gradually expanded the list of blockchain-based games I decided to play and invest in.
Today, I am an active player on Splinterlands, Rising Star, Hashkings, Dcrops, Dcity, Ape Mining Club and BANG! Defense
Starting from year-end 2021, I have also decided to invest in gaming projects not yet playable and in an early stage of development.
**Investing in a gaming project that is not yet playable and in an early stage of development has pro and cons:
- pro: the assets cost little, it costs relatively little to invest, and the potential future gain is high
- cons: the risk of being left with a "handful" is equally high because if for some reason the game is not developed there is a real possibility of losing everything.
I have chosen to invest only in early-stage gaming projects built and developed on the Hive blockchain because Hive is my favorite blockchain project and because in this way I can give my contribution, however small, to the development of Hive-based projects.
A little over a month later today I return to write about Psyberx which is a gaming project that I have invested in since November 2021 and in today's post I will share an update on the financial status of my investment on PsyberX, my goals related to LVL tokens, and the content of the latest Airdropped Crate that I opened.
What is Psyber-X
Psyber-X is an NFT-based game in development and therefore not yet playable.
PsyberX will be a game belonging to the category of first-person shooter game (first-person shooter game) of the same genre as the famous centralized game Fortnite.
The Psyber-X development team has chosen the Hive blockchain to create and distribute the game's native token (the LVL token), and Hive is the blockchain on which the game's development is based and on which the game's transactions will be recorded when the game will become playable.
My investment in Psyber-X (Update)
I started investing in the Psyber-X project on November 3, 2021 when I purchased 300000 LVL tokens from https://hive-engine.com/.
To purchase 300000 LVL tokens I spent 300 SWAP.HIVE.
With this purchase of mine, I obtained the title of "Tier 3 Founder".
Subsequently, I decided to decrease my exposure and sold 1/3 of the tokens I had purchased at the same purchase price: 0.001 SWAP.HIVE per token LVL.
After seeing the development progress and considering the growing support of the Hive community for the Psyber-X project, I decided to return to invest in Psyber-X and in March 2022 I purchased 1 Founder Starter Kit that cost me 100 HIVE.
When the marketplace of Psyber-X was released, I doubled the number of Founder Starter Kits because I received a second one as a bonus.
Thanks to my two Founder Starter Kits I received:
- 2 Land Plot Small
- 2 Juggernaut Perk
- 2 No Remorse Perk
I decided to also increase the number of LVL tokens in my possession and set a goal of accumulating 400000 LVL tokens.
To increase the number of LVL tokens in my possession, I chose to add liquidity to the Diesel Pool SWAP.HIVE:LVL: https://tribaldex.com/dieselpools/
In the Diesel Pool SWAP.HIVE:LVL I have the following liquidity:
- 368.75 SWAP.HIVE
- 283372.17 LVL.
As a daily reward I get a varying amount of different second level tokens of the Hive blockchain including LVL tokens.
My last daily reward in LVL tokens that I received was 1098.46 LVL.
Today, July 18, 2022, the value of 1 token LVL is:
- 0.00106 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid).
- 0.00135 SWAP.HIVE (Lowest Ask)
The last time I checked the value of LVL tokens was June 14, 2022, and in the diagram below you can see the difference in value I recorded today (in SWAP.HIVE and in dollars):
- LVL-SWAP.HIVE: -9.40% (June 14-July 18)
- LVL-DOLLAR($): +15.28% (June 14 - July 18)
In my wallet at https://tribaldex.com/wallet/ I have 85672.77 token LVL while in the SWAP.HIVE:LVL pool I have 283372.17 LVL.
The sum of the previous values returns me a total result of 369044.95 LVL whose current total value is 391.19 SWAP.HIVE = $177.60 (Highest Bid)
Profit and ROI
So far on Psyber-X I have invested a total of 300 SWAP.HIVE:
- 200 SWAP.HIVE to buy 200K LVLs
- 100 SWAP.HIVE to purchase 1 Founder Starter Kit.
Considering only the easily monetized value of the LVL tokens in my possession (Highest Bid Value)
and the value of the best market sale offer of the 2 Small Plots of land in my possession I can record a profit of 491.19 SWAP.HIVE = $223
A profit of 491.19 SWAP.HIVE corresponds to a ROI of +163.73%
Having chosen to invest in Psyber-X from the beginning allowed me to make a good profit already.
I have not considered the market value of the NFTs in my possession because since I cannot yet use them in game at the moment they have no use
If Psyber-X becomes a playable and successful game my investment will most likely and considerably increase its value, otherwise I will have to record a loss but for the moment I am very optimistic because I value very positively the development progress made so far (marketplace, avalanche Bridge,...) as the marketing activity of the Psyber-X team.
The opening of 1 Airdrop Crate
In colclusion I want to share the opening of my eighth airdropped crate.
In the following image you can see the odds of finding cards of a given rarity type within an airdropped Psybercate.
In the following image you can see the cards I found.
I have not been lucky because I have found only common type cards but in my previous crates opened I have found 1 legendary card (Soul Absorb) and two epic cards (On the Move and Dying Wish) and so my overall balance regarding the cards I have found in the crates I have opened so far is definitely positive.
Conclusion
With the opening of my latest Airdropped Crate I have increased the number of Psyber-X assets in my possession which are now as follows:
- 34 NFTS
- 2 Land Plots
- 369044.95 tokens LVL
For the time being, my choice to invest at an early stage on Psyber-X has proved to be right and profitable, and I will try to share the developments of the project and also the results of my investment on Psyber-X at least monthly while waiting for Psyber-X to become a playable game.

Il mio primo gioco basato su blockchain a cui ho giocato è stato Spinterlands, era il 18 ottobre 2019 e Splinterlands è stato la mia porta di ingresso verso un mondo che non conoscevo, un mondo in cui gli assets di gioco sono di esclusiva proprietà del giocatore e non di un'azienda di gaming che ha potere totale e mantiene il controllo su tutto.
Dopo Splinterlands ho progressivamente ampliato la lista dei giochi basati su blockchain in cui ho deciso di giocare ed investire.
Oggi sono un giocatore attivo su Splinterlands, Rising Star, Hashkings, Dcrops, Dcity, Ape Mining Club e BANG! Defense ma, a partire da fine anno 2021, ho anche deciso di investire in progetti di gaming non ancora giocabili e in fase di sviluppo.
Investire in un progetto di gaming non ancora giocabile e in una fase iniziale di sviluppo ha pro e contro:
- pro: gli assets costano poco, investire costa relativamente poco e il guadagno potenziale futuro è alto
- contro: il rischio di trovarsi con un "pugno di mosche" è altrettanto alto perchè se per qualche motivo il gioco non viene sviluppato c'è la concreta possibilità di perdere tutto.
Ho scelto di investire solo in progetti di gaming in fase iniziale di sviluppo costruiti e sviluppati sulla blockchain di Hive perchè Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito e perchè in questo modo posso dare il mio contributo, anche se piccolo, allo sviluppo di progetti Hive-based.
A distanza di poco più di un mese oggi torno a scrivere su Psyberx che è un progetto di gaming in cui ho investito a partire da novembre 2021 e nel post di oggi condividerò un aggiornamento sullo stato finanziario del mio investimento su PsyberX, i miei obiettivi relativi ai token LVL e il contenuto dell'ultimo Airdropped Crate che ho aperto.
Cos'è Psyber-X
Psyber-X è un gioco basato su NFT in fase di sviluppo e quindi non ancora giocabile.
PsyberX sarà un gioco appartenente alla categoria dei giochi Sparatutto in prima persona (first-person shooter game) dello stesso genere del famoso gioco centralizzato Fortnite.
Il team di sviluppo di Psyber-X ha scelto la blockchain di Hive per creare e distribuire il token nativo del gioco (il token LVL) ed è Hive la blockchain su cui si basa lo sviluppo del gioco e su cui saranno registrate le transazioni del gioco quando il gioco sarà giocabile.
Il mio investimento su Psyber-X
Ho iniziato ad investire nel progetto di Psyber-X il 3 novembre 2021 quando ho acquistato 300000 LVL token da https://hive-engine.com/.
Per acquistare 300000 LVL token ho speso 300 SWAP.HIVE.
Con questo mio acquisto ho ottenuto il titolo di "Tier 3 Founder".
Successivamente ho deciso di diminuire la mia esposizione e ho venduto 1/3 dei token che avevo acquistato allo stesso prezzo di acquisto: 0.001 SWAP.HIVE per token LVL.
Dopo aver visto i progressi nello sviluppo e considerato il crescente supporto della comunità di Hive al progetto di Psyber-X ho deciso di ritornare ad investire su Psyber-X e nel mese di marzo 2022 ho acquistato 1 Founder Starter Kit che mi è costato 100 HIVE.
Quando è stato rilasciato il marketplace di Psyber-X ho raddoppiato il numero di Founder Starter Kit perchè ne ho ricevuto un secondo come bonus.
Grazie ai miei due Founder Starter Kit ho ricevuto:
- 2 Land Plot Small
- 2 Juggernaut Perk
- 2 No Remorse Perk
Ho deciso di aumentare anche il numero di token LVL in mio possesso e ho fissato un obiettivo di accumulo di 400000 token LVL.
Per aumentare il numero di token LVL in mio possesso ho scelto di aggiungere liquidità alla Diesel Pool SWAP.HIVE:LVL: https://tribaldex.com/dieselpools/
Nella Diesel Pool SWAP.HIVE:LVL ho la seguente liquidità:
- 368.75 SWAP.HIVE
- 283372.17 LVL
Come ricompensa giornaliera ottengo un quantitativo variabile di diversi token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive tra cui i token LVL.
La mia ultima ricompensa giornaliera in token LVL che ho ricevuto è stata di 1098.46 LVL.
Oggi 18 luglio 2022 il valore di 1 token LVL è di:
- 0.00106 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid)
- 0.00135 SWAP.HIVE (Lowest Ask)
L'ultima volta che ho controllato il valore dei token LVL era il 14 giugno 2022 e nello schema seguente puoi vedere la differenza di valore che ho registrato oggi (in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari):
- LVL-SWAP.HIVE: -9.40% (14 giugno - 18 luglio)
- LVL-DOLLAR($): +15.28% (14 giugno - 18 luglio)

La somma dei precedenti valori mi restituisce un risultato totale di 369044.95 LVL il cui valore totale attuale è di 391.19 SWAP.HIVE = 177.60$ (Highest Bid)
Profit e ROI
Fino ad ora su Psyber-X ho investito un totale di 300 SWAP.HIVE:
- 200 SWAP.HIVE per acquistare 200K LVL
- 100 SWAP.HIVE per acquistare 1 Founder Starter Kit
Considerando solo il valore facilemente monetizzabile dei token LVL in mio possesso e il valore della migliore offerta di vendita sul mercato dei 2 Small Plot of land in mio possesso posso registrare un profitto di 491.19 SWAP.HIVE = 223$
Ad un profitto di 491.19 SWAP.HIVE corrisponde un ROI del +163.73%
Aver scelto di investire in Psyber-X fin dall'inizio mi ha permesso di ottenere già un buon profitto.
Non ho considerato il valore di mercato degli NFTs in mio possesso perchè non potendo ancora utilizzarli in gioco al momento non hanno utilità e perchè non ho intenzione di vendere nessuno dei miei NFT.
Se Psyber-X diventerà un gioco giocabile e di successo il mio investimento aumenterà con molta probabilità e in modo considerevole il suo valore, nel caso contrario dovrò registrare una perdita ma per il momento sono molto fiducioso perchè valuto molto positivamente i progressi nello sviluppo fatti fino ad ora (marketplace, avalanche Bridge,...) come l'attività di marketing del team di Psyber-X.
L'apertura di 1 Airdrop Crate
In colclusione voglio condividere l'apertura del mio ottavo airdropped crate.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le probabilità di trovare carte di una determinata tipologia di rarità all'interno di un airdropped Psybercate.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le carte che ho trovato.
Non sono stato fortunato perchè ho trovato solo carte di tipo comune ma nei miei precedenti crates aperti ho trovato 1 carta leggendaria (Soul Absorb) e due carte epiche (On the Move e Dying Wish) e quindi il mio bilancio complessivo relativo alle carte che ho trovato nei crates che ho aperto fino ad ora è decisamente positivo.
Conclusione
Con l'apertura del mio ultimo Airdropped Crate ho aumentato il numero di assets di Psyber-X in mio possesso che adesso sono i seguenti:
- 34 NFT
- 2 Land Plots
- 369044.95 token LVL
Per il momento la mia scelta di investire in una fase iniziale su Psyber-X si è rivelata giusta e profittevole e cercherò di condividere gli sviluppi del progetto e anche i risultati del mio investimento su Psyber-X con cadenza almeno mensile in attesa che Psyber-X diventi un gioco giocabile.

Profit is profit and I just didn't bother with Psyberx because I don't play shooters that much. At the same time, it's promising a lot in return and I am not sure if they will be able to deliver.

Ciao @libertycrypto27, ho cercato di ritrovare questo tuo post a riguardo di PsyberX, in questo momento sono interessato a questa piattaforma di gioco o meglio a questa tipologia di giochi. Domanda, il gioco è attivo, cioè si può già giocare o ancora deve uscire?
No il gioco non è ancora giocabile, io ho deciso di investire in progetti sviluppati su Hive in fase diciamo "primordiale" e infatti sono passati diversi mesi da quando ho acquistato i token del gioco.
Ovviamente investire in questa fase ha un valore di rischio alto ma io ho deciso di correrlo e fino ad ora ho ottenuto un buon profitto ma il momento decisivo sarà quando il gioco sarà giocabile ;)
