On Splinterlands I have many goals that I would like to achieve because there are so many assets that it is possible to buy and/or earn as in-game rewards.

For some time I have decided to focus on two main goals:

• an accumulation goal.
• a game goal.

My accumulation goal is related to Splintershard (SPS) tokens, the governance tokens of Splinterlands.

In my wallet I have 58251.28 SPS staked and my goal is to reach at least 100K SPS staked.

In the past 15 days, I have increased the amount of SPS tokens staked by +891.55 units with a percentage increase of +1.55%.

Increasing the amount of SPS tokens in my possession is a very important goal for me because Splinterlands is my favorite blockchain game and because I want to have more weight in future Splinterlands decisions through voting on proposals.

For example there is a proposal in progress that in my personal view is of fundamental importance for the future of Splinterlands: Splinterlands will try to implement anti-bot measures in Modern format.

I voted for this proposal because in the current situation there is a growing discontent among Splinterlands players who want to play against real players and not against Bots.

Splinterlands started out as a Player Vs Player game but today that is not the case because it can be:

• a Player Vs Player game
• a Player Vs Bots game
• a Bots Vs Bots game

based on who is fighting in a game battle.

In my opinion in this situation the most penalized are the human players who would like to play only against other human players because they cannot make that choice.

This is why I think that reserving the Modern format of Ranked Battles only for human players would be a first and important solution that would please everyone: bots users and real players alike!

When I voted on the proposal (3 days ago) the percentage of favorable votes was 66%, then it dropped to 64%, and today, May 2, 2023, when there are 2 days left until the end of voting, I am very happy that the proposal has reached a percentage of favorable votes of 73%.

I really hope this proposal passes and if it does, I will gladly and immediately move from the format I play in today (Wild) to the Modern format.

My second goal that I would like to achieve on Splinterlands is a game goal:

• start the season at least in Diamond III league of the Wild Format.
• end the season at least in Diamond I league.

Unfortunately, in the last season of Splinterlands, season number 109, I experienced a real setback because for the first time in a long time I did not reach the Diamond+ leagues and stopped at the Gold I league.

The main reason for my setback is mainly the little time I had to play especially during the last days of the season which are the days when I usually play the most.

However, this is the second season that I record worse playing results than in the previous season.

In fact in season 107 I had come very close to my playing goal:

• Rank: 368
• Rating: 3249
• Battles: 337
• Wins: 165
• League: Diamond II

In season 108 I had lower game results than season number 107:

• Rank: 614
• Rating: 2875
• Battles: 345
• Wins: 159
• League: Diamond III

In the last season (109) I got worse and much worse in my game results:

• Rank: 281
• Rating: 2628
• Battles: 254
• Wins: 120
• League: Gold I

I finished the season in the Gold I league and in the current season I started in the Gold III league of the Wild Format.

Having played almost 100 fewer battles than in the previous season also produced negative effects on the total SPS tokens I gained from battle victories, which decreased even more than in the previous season: 99.84 SPS.

I also obtained fewer Diamond and Gold chests than in the previous season, and as a result, the total value of seasonal rewards also decreased.

I didn't find particularly rare cards but I still increased my progress rates related to Soulbound Cards which, however, are all below 20 percent as you can see from the useful information of the Reward & Gladius Soulbound Monitor tool at https://www.splintercards.com/.

Although my deluding results in the last season were mainly caused by the little time I had to play I needed even more than before to increase the battle strength of my card collection and today I chose three purchase goals that I hope will help me reverse the negative trend I recorded in the last season I played.

If the proposal to ban bots in the Modern format gets a favorable vote I will move from the Wild format to Modern and for that reason today I focused on buying/upgrading cards that can be used in the Modern Format.

The first card I decided to purchase today is a legendary card from the Riftwatchers edition: Mordeus.

Mordeus is a card that I really like because it has very strong battle statistics.

Mordeus has a really powerful melee attack and three very good abilities: Opportunity, Stun, Piercing.

The weaknesses are low speed and life points which are not few but not many either.

Among all the cards in Splinterlands there are only 3 cards that have a melee attack of 7 points:

• Jared Scar
• Sand Worm
• Mordeus

Jared Scar can only attack from the first position while Sand Worm and Mordeus can attack from any position thanks to the Sneak (Sand Worm) and Opportunity (Mordeus) abilities.

In a way, it is possible to call Mordeus the cheap version of Sand Worm because they are two cards that have similar battle statistics:

• equal attack
• they can attack from any position
• they share a common Piercing ability

Mordeus is a card that plays very well with three of my summoners:

• Daria Dragonscale: +1 Melee Attack
• Byzantine Kitty: +True Strike and +2 Speed
• Tarsa: +1 Life point and +1 Melee Attack

In addition, today Mordeus is priced per BCX very low compared to the market prices it has had in the past.

In fact, as you can see from the chart below the price for BCX (yellow line) is the lowest price recorded in the last 180 days.

I decided to immediately purchase a level 3 copy of Mordeus that had the lowest cost per BCX: $6.33 per BCX - total cost: $38.

I made the purchase from the marketplace of https://monstermarket.io/.
I spent 45162.82 DEC but also received a cashback of 1354.88 DEC in my Hive Engine Wallet.

I will upgrade Mordeus to the highest level when and if I reach Diamond League.

My second purchase goal is Kain Hace.

Like Mordeus, Kain Hace is also a card from the Riftwatchers edition, and like Mordeus, Kain Hace has a very low price today, the lowest price per BCX recorded in a 180-day time frame: $10 per BCX!

I also chose to purchase Kain Hace because he has two very useful abilities in battle already from level 1: Blast and Reflection Shield.

By the way, in my card collection I have only one death element card that has the Reflection Shield ability and it is Revealer of maximum level.

The problem is that I can only use Revealer's Reflection Shield ability in Diamond+ leagues because Revealer only acquires the Reflection Shield ability at level 6.
When I have to play a battle in the Gold league and the ruleset is Explosive Weaponery I don't have any death element cards with the Reflection Shield ability and for that reason Kain Hace could come in very handy in some game battles.
For example I could use Kain Hace in second position in combination with a very strong card with the Taunt ability in first position.

To purchase Kain Hace, I chose to use Bid mode through the Peakmonsters site as my method of purchase.

My intermediate upgrade goal is second level Kain Hace but my ultimate upgrade goal is the highest level.

Today I also decided to upgrade to maximum level a legendary card of the earth element: Djinn Biljka

I have 7 BCX of Djinn Biljka and reaching the maximum level was a relatively low cost upgrade: $3.77 to buy 4 BCX.

In the coming days I will continue to increase the battle strength of my card collection through an optimization activity that consists of:

• selling cards that I do not use in battle
• selling cards that I consider useful in battle but are either too low level for the leagues I play in or have too high a cost to upgrade
• buy cards that are useful in battle and that I could use very frequently in battles.

I will share my next purchase and upgrade choices in my next Splinterlands posts.

Il mio obiettivo per i token SPS e lo status della proposta Anti-Bot, l'Ottimizzazione della mia collezione di carte e il mio obiettivo di gioco: Diamond I

Su Splinterlands ho tanti obiettivi che vorrei raggiungere perchè sono tanti gli assets che è possibile acquistare e/o guadagnare come ricompense di gioco.

Da tempo ho deciso di focalizzarmi su due obiettivi principali:

• un obiettivo di accumulo.
• un obiettivo di gioco

Il mio obiettivo di accumulo è collegato ai token Splintershard (SPS), i governance token di Splinterlands.

Nel mio wallet ho 58251.28 SPS staked e il mio obiettivo è raggiungere almeno 100K SPS staked.

Negli ultimi 15 giorni ho incrementato il quantitativo di token SPS staked di +891.55 unità con un incremento percentuale del +1.55%.

Incrementare il quantitativo di token SPS in mio possesso è un obiettivo molto importante per me perchè Splinterlands è il mio gioco blockchain preferito e perchè voglio avere un peso maggiore nelle decisioni future di Splinterlands tramite il voto alle proposals.

Ad esempio è in corso una proposta che secondo il mio personale punto di vista è di fondamentale importanza per il futuro di Splinterlands: Splinterlands will try to implement anti-bot measures in Modern format.

Io ho votato a favore di questa proposta perchè nella situazione attuale c'è un malcontento crescente tra i giocatori di Splinterlands che vogliono giocare contro giocatori reali e non contro Bots.

Splinterlands è nato come un gioco Player Vs Player ma oggi non è così perchè può essere:

• un gioco Player Vs Player
• un gioco Player Vs Bots
• un gioco Bots Vs Bots

in base a chi si scontra in una battaglia di gioco.

In questa situazione i più penalizzati sono i giocatori umani che non possono scegliere di giocare contro altri giocatori umani.

Per questo motivo penso che riservare il formato Modern delle Ranked Battles solo ai giocatori umani sarebbe una prima e importante soluzione che acconteterebbe tutti: utilizzatori di bots e giocatori reali!

Quando ho votato la proposta (3 giorni fa) la percentuale di voti favorevoli era al 66%, poi è scesa fino al 64% e oggi 2 maggio 2023, quando mancano 2 giorni alla fine delle votazioni, sono molto contento che la proposta ha raggiunto una percentuale di voti favorevole del 73%.

Spero davvero tanto che questa proposta passi e se passerà mi sposterò volentieri e subito dal formato in cui gioco oggi (Wild) al formato Modern.

Ho espresso in dettaglio le miei opinioni sulla proposta in corso e ho formulato anche una mia soluzione personale al problema bots-players nel mio precedente post che puoi leggere al seguente link.

Il mio secondo obiettivo che vorrei raggiungre su Splinterlands è un obiettivo di gioco:

• iniziare la stagione almeno in lega Diamond III del Wild Format
• terminare la stagione almeno in lega Diamond I

Purtroppo nell'ultima stagione di Splinterlands, la stagione numero 109, ho registrato una vera e propria battuta di arresto perchè per la prima volta dopo tanto tempo non ho raggiunto le leghe Diamond+ e mi sono fermato alla lega Gold I.

Il motivo principale di questo mio passo indietro è principalmente il poco tempo che ho avuto a disposizione per giocare soprattutto durante gli ultimi giorni della stagione che sono i giorni in cui di solito gioco di più.

E' comunque la seconda stagione che registro risultati di gioco peggiori rispetto alla precedente stagione.

Infatti nella stagione 107 ero arrivato molto vicino al mio obiettivo di gioco:

• Rank: 368
• Rating: 3249
• Battles: 337
• Wins: 165
• League: Diamond II

Nella stagione 108 ho ottenuto dei risultati di gioco inferiori alla stagione numero 107:

• Rank: 614
• Rating: 2875
• Battles: 345
• Wins: 159
• League: Diamond III

Nell'ultima stagione (109) ho peggiorato e di molto i miei risultati di gioco:

• Rank: 281
• Rating: 2628
• Battles: 254
• Wins: 120
• League: Gold I

Ho terminato la stagione in lega Gold I e nella stagione attuale sono ripartito dalla lega Gold III del Wild Format.

Aver giocato quasi 100 battaglie in meno rispetto alla precedente stagione ha prodotto effetti negativi anche sul totale dei token SPS che ho ottenuto dalle vittorie in battaglia che è diminuito ancora di più rispetto alla stagione precedente: 99.84 SPS.

Ho ottenuto anche un numero inferiore di forzieri Diamond e Gold rispetto alla stagione precedente e di conseguenza anche il valore totale delle ricompense stagionali è diminuito.

Non ho trovato carte particolarmente rare ma ho comunque aumentato le mie percentuali di progresso relative alle Soulbound Cards che però sono tutte al di sotto del 20% come puoi vedere dalle utili informazioni del tool Reward & Gladius Soulbound Monitor del sito https://www.splintercards.com/.

Anche se i miei deludenti risultati nell'ultima stagione sono stati causati principalmente dal poco tempo che ho avuto a disposizione per giocare devo ancor più di prima aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte e oggi ho scelto tre obiettivi di acquisto che spero mi aiuteranno a invertire la tendenza negativa che ho registrato nell'ultima stagione che ho giocato.

Se la proposta per vietare i bots nel formato Modern avrà un voto favorevole mi sposterò dal formato Wild al Modern e per questo motivo oggi mi sono focalizzato sull'acquisto/upgrade delle carte utilizzabili nel Modern Format.

La prima carta che ho deciso di acquistare oggi è una carta leggendaria dell'edizione Riftwatchers: Mordeus.

Mordeus è una carta che mi piace molto perchè ha statistiche di battaglia molto forti.

Mordeus ha un attacco da mischia davvero potente e tre ottime abilità: Opportunity, Stun, Piercing

I punti deboli sono la velocità bassa e i punti vita che non sono pochi ma neanche molti.

Tra tutte le carte di Splinterlands ci sono solo 3 carte che hanno un attacco da mischia di 7 punti:

• Jared Scar
• Sand Worm
• Mordeus

Jared Scar può attaccare solo dalla prima posizione mentre Sand Worm e Mordeus possono attaccare da qualsiasi posizione grazie alle abilità Sneak (Sand Worm) e Opportunity (Mordeus).

In un certo modo è possibile definire Mordeus la versione economica di Sand Worm perchè sono due carte che hanno statistiche di battaglia simili:

• attacco uguale
• possono attaccare da qualsiasi posizione
• hanno in comune l'abilità Piercing

Mordeus è una carta che gioca molto bene con tre dei miei evocatori:

• Daria Dragonscale: +1 Melee Attack
• Byzantine Kitty: +True Strike e +2 Speed
• Tarsa: +1 Life point e +1 Melee Attack

Inoltre oggi Mordeus ha un prezzo per BCX molto basso rispetto ai prezzi di mercato che ha avuto in passato.
Infatti come puoi vedere dal grafico seguente il prezzo per BCX (linea gialla) è il prezzo più basso registrato negli ultimi 180 giorni.

Tra l'altro nella mia collezione di carte ho una sola carta dell'elemento morte che ha l'abilità Reflection Shield ed è Revealer di livello massimo.

Il problema è che posso utilizzare l'abilità Reflection Shield di Revealer solo nelle leghe Diamond+ perchè Revealer acquisisce l'abilità Reflection Shield solo al livello 6.
Quando devo giocare una battaglia nella lega Gold e la ruleset è Explosive Weaponery non ho carte dell'elemento morte con l'abilità Reflection Shield e per questo motivo Kain Hace mi potrebbe tornare molto utile in alcune battagli di gioco.
Ad esempio potrei utilizzare Kain Hace in seconda posizione in combinazione con una carta molto forte con l'abilità Taunt in prima posizione.

Per acquistare Kain Hace ho scelto di utilizzare come metodo di acquisto la modalità Bid tramite il sito Peakmonsters.

Il mio obiettivo di upgrade intermendio è Kain Hace di secondo livello ma il mio obiettivo di upgrade finale è il massimo livello.

Oggi ho anche deciso di portare al massimo livello una carta leggendarie dell'elemento natura: Djinn Biljka

Ho 7 BCX di Djinn Biljka e raggiungere il massimo livello è stato un upgrade dal costo relativamente basso: 3.77$ per acquistare 4 BCX.

Nei prossimi giorni continuerò ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte tramite un'attività di ottimizzazione che consiste nel:

• vendere le carte che non uso in battaglia
• vendere le carte che considero utili in battaglia ma che hanno un livello troppo basso per le leghe in cui gioco oppure hanno un costo per l'upgrade troppo alto
• acquistare carte utili in battaglia e che potrei utilizzare con molta frequenza nelle battaglie.
