What is Genesis League Goals?

Genesis League Goals is the project of a tactical and strategic player Vs player (PvP) type game based on NFT.
Genesis League Goals is the project of a play to earn game under development and therefore not yet playable.

The theme of the game is sport and specifically the game of soccer.
The blockchain on which the game's transactions will be recorded is the Hive blockchain.
The creators of the game are:

• Splinterlands
• Genesis League Sports

The partner of the game is the Major League Soccers Players Association (MLSPA).
Through this partnership, Genesis League Goals players will be able to collect NFTs of MLSPA players and compete with other players to earn in-game rewards: NFTs and tokens.

Genesis League Goals Presale Info

To participate in Genesis League Goals Presale, you must meet technical requirements and you can choose from two payment methods to purchase card packs.

The maximum number of card packs that can be purchased during the Presale will be 500000 units (500K) and the purchase cost will be $5 per pack with the possibility of obtaining a bonus bulk purchase in the case of purchasing 100, 500 and 2000 packs in a single transaction (see table below).

There will be successive stages of sale:

• Pre-Sale 1
• Pre-Sale 2
• General Sale
• Extended Sale
• Last chance

At each sale stage the cost per pack will increase but starting with Pre-Sale 2 it will be possible to use GLGT tokens to get discounts on the purchase price.
The total number of card packs that can be purchased during all sale phases will be 8.5 million packs.

Technical Requirements

To participate in the Genesis League Goals Presale you must meet the following Requirements:

• Requirement 1. You must create a GLG account.
  To create a GLG account you must use an email address and follow the step-by-step guide at the following link: How do I create a Genesis League Goals account
  Note: The procedure for creating accounts will be available on October 18 starting at 9:00 AM EST.

• Requirement 2. You must have a Hive account that must be linked to your GLG account.

If you do not have a Hive account you can create one by following a few simple steps.
I wrote two step-by-step guides in which I showed how to create a Hive account via:
- Hive On Board
- Leofinance

• Requirement 3. You must install the Hive Keychain extension for your browser to quickly and securely access Hive-based dapps and to perform transactions on the Hive blockchain with complete security.
  • Hive Keychain for Brave or Chrome (Link)

Note: installing Hive Keychain is not listed as a requirement but my opinion is that it will be and most likely will be.

• Requirement 4. You must use one of the two methods of purchase provided.

The purchase methods that can be used in the Presale

To purchase card packs during the presale you can choose from two purchase methods:

• HIVE
• PAYPAL

If you use HIVE tokens as your payment method, the amount of HIVE tokens needed to make the purchase will depend on the market value of the HIVE tokens at the time you make the purchase of the packs.

Today, October 16, you need 10.28 HIVE to get a corresponding value of $5.

If you use PAYPAL you will be able to use FIAT currency to purchase GLG card packs but you will first need to complete the identity verification (KYC) procedure.

Note: The KYC procedure has not yet been implemented but will be implemented before the presale begins.

The advantages of Presale

The advantages for presale participation increase as the number of card packs purchased increases.
All the advantages of presale participation are listed in the Pack Tokenomics (2023 Season) section of the Genesis League Goals White Paper (see screenshot below).

The SPS tokens and the Airdrop of the GLX tokens

Genesis League Goals Presale will have three types of tokens:

• GLX = the governance tokens (like the SPS tokens for Splinterlands)
• GLUSD = stable coin: 1 GLUSD = 1 USD (like the DEC tokens for Splinterlands)
• GLGT = Genesis League Goals voucher tokens.

On October 25, the Airdrop of GLX tokens will begin, which will be distributed only to Splintershards (SPS) token holders who have staked SPS tokens.
Starting in November, those who staked GLX tokens will also get GLGT tokens that they can use during Presale 2 to get a discount on the purchase price.

There will also be a pool of 7.5M GLX tokens for those who will be staking packs of cards but this possibility will be activated only at the end of Presale 1.

This means that as of October 25, SPS tokens will acquire a new use case.

White Paper and Presale FAQ

The White Paper of Genesis League Goals was published on October 13, 2022.
It is not a final White Paper and may be modified in the future as well stated on each of its pages.

Final Considerations

Participating in the Genesis League Goals presale is a subjective and personal decision to be made by each player/investor based on their personal predictions and after doing their own research and evaluation.

I have decided to participate in the presale and my minimum purchase goal is 100 packs of cards.

Investing in a game in development and not yet playable is always a risky investment but Splinterlands for me is a guarantee of professionalism.
Moreover, Splinterlands, besides being my favorite blockchain game, has also been a good investment for me as you can verify from the financial analysis I posted two days ago on my Hive blog: My Splinterlands Investment: Profit, ROI and Considerations - 35 Months Later.

Genesis League Goals will be a completely new game and the partnership with the MLSPA is an added value in my opinion.

Soccer is one of the most played and most watched sports in the world and if only a portion of the fans of MLSPA teams play and invest in Genesis League Goals there will be many new Hive users who will have the opportunity to learn about the beauty, potential and the many utilities that Hive has and the whole Hive ecosystem will benefit.

If Genesis League Goals is successful it will also be a success for Hive and I want to be an active part of it!

Cos'è Genesis League Goals?

Genesis League Goals è il progetto di un gioco tattico e strategico del tipo player Vs player (PvP) basato su NFT.

Informazioni sulla prevendita Genesis League Goals

Per partecipare alla Genesis League Goals Presale è necessario soddisfare dei requisiti tecnici ed è possibile scegliere tra due metodi di pagamento per acquistare i pacchi di carte.

Il numero massimo di pacchi di carte acquistabili durante la Presale sarà di 500000 unità (500K) e il costo di acquisto sarà di 5$ per pacco con la possibilità di ottenere un bonus bulk purchase nel caso di acquisto di 100, 500 e 2000 pacchi in un'unica transazione (vedi tabella seguente).

In ogni fase di vendita il costo per pacco aumenterà ma a partire dalla Pre-Sale 2 sarà possibile utilizzare i token GLGT per ottenere sconti sul prezzo di acquisto.
Il numero totale dei pacchi di carte acquistabili durante tutte le fasi di vendita sarà di 8.5 milioni di pacchi.

Requisiti Tecnici

Per partecipare alla Genesis League Goals Presale devi soddisfare i seguenti Requisiti:

• Requisito 1. Devi creare un GLG account
  Per creare un GLG account devi utilizzare un indirizzo email e seguire la guida passo passo al seguente link: How do I create a Genesis League Goals account
  Nota: la procedura per la creazione degli accounts sarà disponibile il 18 ottobre a partire dalle ore 9:00 AM EST.

• Requisito 2. Devi avere un account Hive che deve essere collegato al tuo GLG account.

Se non hai un account Hive puoi crearne uno seguendo alcuni semplici passi.
Ho scritto due guide passo passo in cui ho mostrato come creare un account Hive tramite:
- Hive On Board
- Leofinance

• Requisito 3. Devi Installare l'estensione Hive Keychain per il tuo browser per accedere in modo veloce e sicuro alle dapps Hive-based e per effettuare transazioni sulla blockchain di Hive in totale sicurezza.

Nota: l'installazione di Hive Keychain non è stato indicato come requisito ma secondo me lo sarà e con molta probabilità.

• 3. Devi utilizzare uno dei due metodi di acquisto previsti.

I Metodi di acquisto utilizzabili nella Presale

Per acquistare i pacchi di carte durante la presale potrai scegliere tra due metodi di acquisto:

• HIVE
• PAYPAL

Se utilizzerai i token HIVE come metodo di pagamento il quantitativo di token HIVE necessario per effettuare l'acquisto dipenderà dal valore di mercato dei token HIVE nel momento in cui effettuerai l'acquisto dei pacchi.

Oggi 16 ottobre sono necessari 10.28 HIVE per ottenere un corrispondente valore di 5$.

Se utilizzerai PAYPAL potrai utilizzare moneta FIAT per acquistare i pacchi di carte GLG ma dovrai prima completare la procedura di verifica della tua identità (KYC).

Nota: la procedura KYC non è ancora stata implementata ma lo sarà prima dell'inizio della presale.

I vantaggi della Presale

I vantaggi per la partecipazione alla prevendita aumentano con l'aumentare del numero dei pacchi di carte acquistati.
Tutti i vantaggi della partecipazione alla presale sono elencati nella sezione Pack Tokenomics (2023 Season) del White Paper di Genesis League Goals (vedi screenshot seguente).

I token SPS e l'Airdrop dei token GLX

Genesis League Goals Presale avrà tre tipi di token:

• GLX = i governance token (come i token SPS per Splinterlands)
• GLUSD = stable coin: 1 GLUSD = 1 USD (come i token DEC per Splinterlands)
• GLGT = i voucher token di Genesis League Goals

Il 25 ottobre inizierà l'Airdrop dei token GLX che saranno distribuiti solo ai possessori dei token Splintershards (SPS) che hanno messo in staking i token SPS.
A partire da novembre chi metterà in staking i token GLX otterrà anche i token GLGT che potrà utilizzare durante la Presale 2 per ottenere uno sconto sul prezzo di acquisto.

Ci sarà anche una pool di 7.5M di token GLX per chi metterà i pacchi di carte in staking ma questa possibilità sarà attivata solo alla fine della prevendita 1.

Questo vuol dire che a partire dal 25 ottobre i token SPS acquisiranno un nuovo caso d'uso.

White Paper and Presale FAQ

Il White Paper di Genesis League Goals è stato pubblicato il 13 ottobre 2022.
Non è un White Paper definitivo e potrebbe essere modificato in futuro come ben precisato in ogni sua pagina.

Se vuoi avere un'idea generale su quello che potrebbe essere il Game Play del gioco e se vuoi approfondire le dinamiche di gioco e i dettagli sui meccanismi di ricompensa previsti ti consiglio di leggerlo: White Paper.

Considerazioni Finali

Partecipare alla presale Genesis League Goals è una decisione soggettiva e personale che ogni giocatore/investitore di Splinterlands deve prendere in base alle proprie previsioni personali e dopo aver fatto le proprie ricerche e valutazioni.

Io ho deciso di partecipare alla presale e il mio obiettivo di acquisto minimo è di 100 pacchi di carte.

Investire in un gioco in fase di sviluppo e non ancora giocabile è sempre un investimento a rischio ma Splinterlands per me è una garanzia di professionalità.
Inoltre Splinterlands, oltre ad essere il mio gioco blockchain preferito, è stato anche un buon investimento per me come puoi verificare dall'analisi finanziaria che ho pubblicato due giorni fa sul mio Hive blog: My Splinterlands Investment: Profit, ROI and Considerations - 35 Months Later.

Genesis League Goals sarà un gioco completamente nuovo e la partnership con la MLSPA è un valore aggiunto secondo me.
