Writing a content, expressing through lines your experiences, ideas, stories accompanied by your emotions is an original work of art, a piece of you.
Expressing our emotions, letting off steam between the lines is a therapeutic activity, if in previous years you had asked me if I liked writing content my answer would be negative.
Nine months ago I came to Hive without the idea that the mere fact of writing would be for me a channel to express my emotions, an exercise that not only pleases the reader, it becomes a means for the healing of a heart.
I am truly amazed at the benefits of writing, I wish I had discovered the benefits of this tool earlier, for years I overlooked this key, surely journaling would have lifted a lot of burdens from me.
Although the time is right, this is my time to appreciate this tool.
The Scripture
Writing in its most basic form, as in all its aspects, has always been an important means of expression for mankind.
In a few short lines we can transmit an idea that moves, motivates, a message, an essence.
Using it as a means of expression of our emotions can help to unburden the soul, I have tried it and I can testify that after each text I feel better.
Last month I went through a health situation where I reached a point where I thought it would all end suddenly, my strength failed me and my heart was very broken.
In those days of anguish I took a sheet of paper with the idea of writing a farewell letter to my family thinking that I would reach my end, that I had so many things to tell them, so many desires to live.
A letter that later I tore, however when I wrote those lines my soul cried in those lines, a heavy burden left in each text, my heart rested.
It was the first time I did this, I always saw my wife writing on paper her emotions, her day, her difficult moments, then that day I realized how nice it is for our being to do this activity.
After I recovered I returned to Hive with a lot of desire to write content, today I share this life experience with you, writing is an art, a way available to help the heart to heal.
Now I understand book writers, because they love to do their job, now I have discovered that I can also nurture what I write, reach the heart of the reader, share my stories of overcoming.
I overcame my health situation and in this new opportunity of life, I want to write, to share my life reflections.
The Therapy of Writing
Writing about what we feel, the problems we have, the sadness, the conflicts of the soul, helps to calm many internal situations, that world of emotions that is not visible.
There are those who write a daily reflection, it is good that we have a space in Hive where we can make catharsis of everything that affects us, Hive is a blank page every day to express ourselves.
If we value writing we will find that positive side that helps us to feel better, to unburden emotions, to find solutions, to overcome episodes, to feel better about ourselves.
The day I wrote my farewell letter I didn't pay attention to the mistakes in my writing, I let everything I felt flow in the lines, download after download, after three days I read it then my ideas changed, I came to my senses and I clung to life.
That reading touched my heart again, it was a madness to write it, of course it was not necessary, because when I read it again I took back my compass, I understood so many things.
To read again what you write after a while helps you to reflect, to correct details, to understand more about yourself, to give yourself new opportunities.
My decision was to tear up that letter, however those lines marked my life, they healed my heart, it was not easy to feel that everything ends, now I see that past and I take the teachings of that writing.
Each person has their own essence, their own art to write, stories, ideas, emotions everything is acceptable when you let your soul flow everything you feel through writing, a process that helps our being.
Wellness and peace is achieved by unburdening between the lines, maybe publishing what you feel is not an option for you, because you decide to be reserved, a sheet, a diary, an app, you have so many options to take advantage of the benefits of writing.
Do not hesitate to use them, although there are realities that need an extra help, an advice, a therapy, the truth is that the anguish, stress, depression and other emotions can dissmunuir pressure when we decide to find a way out with writing.
