Food preservation
It’s soup season, or supposed to be. I’m trying to clean out my freezers for that turkey - or not, so I’m making more chicken stock. I love canning. I love preserving food and stocking our shelves. I find it very satisfying.

I love soups and this one seems delicious. Where are you from and it is a soup season in there? I am from Greece and we are approaching the hot summer right now.
