Cycling Weekly Milage Update - 10.28.24
Hello there Friends, Happy Monday evening - and thank you for your visit!
This is post number 14 in the #cyclingcommunity I have a few more miles to post, which is the plan for every Monday evening! Have to keep on myself or things do not get done!
And so for the last seven days, I actually pulled out some good numbers - "I think", and good thing too! I will get back to that but first the week,
The Black bike:
This Monday I am at,
759.2 miles / 1221.81kilometers,
an increase of,
37.5 miles / 60.35 kilometers
The Green bike,
This Monday:
183.90 miles / 295.95 kilometers,
an increase of,
10.78 miles / 17.34 kilometers
Which puts me at,
48.28 miles / 77.69 kilometers (total) for the week. A fantastic week - for me!
This puts the total so far this year at,
943.1 miles / 1527.77 kilometers
Which leaves 56.9 miles / 91.57 kilometers to go to reach my goal before the end of the year!
I got lucky this week and took a few longer rides to the old house with the Black bike.. So to get back to the other story...
So a few days ago I ran into someone I know at the Park. They mentioned they liked the Black bike, and I should pay attention to the tires - they are at the end (optically they look "Ok")...
I thanked him, as another goal I had was to wear them out this year.
Well as I said I made a few longer rides the last two days.
And for the first time in years (from riding) I got a flat!
So it will be a few days before I can take care of that, which also means more mikes on the Green bike!
And So,
I want to thank you again for your visit, I do appreciate it!
And that was it for this week,
"Keep On Pedalin'"!
🚴🚲🚴🚲🚴
Remember "The Father" in ALL THINGS!
He "Remembers You"!
👍🏼😊😇😁😇😊👍🏼
You will certainly reach your goal this year!
Mine is quite out of reach, but more than 4000 kilometers should be possible for me.
I've made another 55 kilometer round this weekend (post will follow later today) and commuting by bicycle 3 days this week.
