Since wednesday Perth experienced a severe heatwave for three days continuously. The temperature rose upto 41 degree and in most of the other parts of WA, it was above 45 degree celsius. Just two weeks back I went on a North trip to Geraldton and this place broke the record of sweltering temperature of 46.2 degree on Friday making it the hottest place in the planet that day.

On Saturday it dropped to around 28 degree giving us some relief. And there was a short rainfall which hasn't occured in Perth since summer started in last year November. As it was a relaxing moment for me sadly it didn't last long. But also I didn't hesitate to get some fresh air outside the room. As soon as I stepped outside I was welcomed with this beautiful warm glow view.

The sun already dipped below the horizon. It was illuminated with a beautiful streaks of yellow, pink, purple and blue. It was a breathtaking moment. Now I have to get prepared myself as there is again heatwave forecast this week starting Friday where it will reach over 40 while on wednesday it will hover around 37/38 degree celsius.
