I have been interested on this topic because recently I change jobs and when my shift ends Im fresh as a lettuce but the minute I get home my body sends a message Im "tired" but after two hours Im ready to go and all I did was having dinner and take some "time off", after that I can roll for another 4 hours on what ever I want, so makes me think as anything else in life its up to how we shape our brain
interesting. It has much more to do with your congnitive functioning of brain. During a task, the brain is fully loaded and activated, this is not the case when u watch a movie....or relax or gossip with friends.
