Hello my Hivers friends, I want to share with you my happy weekend enjoying quality time with my girls. I have had days full of many activities and responsibilities in my life as an adult and well, it was necessary, in addition to sharing with them the preparation of school tasks and everything related to the teaching process as well as the parenting process, which is what I do daily, since It was time to go out for a while to do something different and play with them as if I were still a child.

Although I did not have financial resources at the time; That is not something that limits, nor is it an excuse to have a fun time and leave traces of love for my girls. Right next to our home there is a playground that despite being there, "right next door" we have very little taken advantage of it, so taking advantage of the cloudy sky since in my city Maracaibo, Zulia-Venezuela state the sun is extremely strong , inclement... It was the opportunity to play and enjoy the park just for us before it began to be full of boys and girls who always come to spend their recreational and entertaining afternoons.

You have to subtract the beautiful essence from life, however much or little you may have, always look for ways and means to savor it with pleasure, enjoy alongside our loved ones, those special beings who are a gift from heaven to accompany us in our existence and fill it with color; Likewise, we must illuminate, give shine and joy to them.

Escaping the daily routine is so important and beneficial to share with family, with friends, perhaps also in a solitary way by having a space just ours for a few hours or days; It is so good for our mind and body in general. Spending an afternoon in the park allowed me to breathe a little fresh air, connect with nature, take some photos for entertainment while the girls rode each of the games that it has and at the same time they ran from one side to the other, fully living their childhood stage.

The beautiful afternoon allowed me to also enjoy playing on the swing and swinging like my old childhood days, I think it was something renewing and rejuvenating for me to live this experience again; in addition to seeing the smiling and illuminated faces of my girls from sharing that fun moment with their mom.

I believe that living moments that give you smiles in the midst of simplicity is something that allows us to open spaces for reflection in our lives and begin to recognize the true value of our existence, as well as the steps and traces that we are leaving on this earthly plane. As adults we worry so much about producing monetarily that the days pass in the work routine; As well as in household chores and others, we leave time aside to distract the mind and look for something that breaks the monotony. Although at that moment I did not have any finances to go out somewhere else, see places, go shopping and eat something delicious there, the moment gave me a pleasant time with my little ones with whom I could laugh a lot and well. We know that laughter is a therapy that helps strengthen the cardiac system, improves respiratory function, improves self-esteem, reduces anxiety, among others. Certainly we must be diligent people, develop ourselves personally and grow professionally, but let us not forget to give value to the time of rest, invest in ourselves to maintain well-being and fulfillment, given this, weekends are the best option to enjoy good moments and adventures.
