I would personally prefer the added benefits would require LEO staking instead of paying fees or even burning LEO. I like the idea of the long term commitment with a one time purchase that you HODL. HIVE Power has been exactly this and the user experience has been on a completely different level compared to the blockchains that require me to maintain some wallet balance to use the network.
