Traditional Marketing | How Traditional Strategies Will Bring Users to Our Hive Onboarding Funnel

This week, we are releasing a series of posts that are the foundation of our Full Marketing Strategy to grow the Hive Blockchain's Monthly Active Social Userbase by 2x.

If you haven't yet seen our DHF Proposal, you can read and vote for it here. We've spent a lot of time building a killer Hive Onboarding Funnel and we are aiming to scale it up with the help of the DHF. This funnel has already helped us 3x our user base since the start of 2023 and we have been continually refining it.

We believe the time to onboard thousands of users is now. Our app is ready to handle them and our new Onboarding Flow is doing a killer job of turning normies into Hive users by first getting them to sign up with a Hive Lite Account and then teaching them about Hive and getting them to self-custody and learn more about other Hive apps as well as the Hive blockchain and HIVE token that runs this whole ecosystem.

We're keeping these posts relatively short and to the point. The idea is to expand on our marketing strategies and give you a closer look at what our plans are.

Amplification

The success of this Marketing Plan is amplified by how much synergy and leverage we create with our Adoption Campaigns - where the Hive community gets involved in peer-to-peer marketing and earn rewards in the process. We showcased the strength of this with our Zealy campaign in May where Hive community members got involved to help us onboard hundreds of users. We were able to exponentially grow the reach and scope of all the activities in the campaign (for example, tweet impressions, signups, comments on posts, reply threads, etc.). We plan to implement the same strategy here where the adoption campaigns will amplify all the the activities on the list below.

Every strategy will have its own referral code so we can measure the success of each of them.

The list above includes some of the key aspects of our Traditional Marketing Strategies. As mentioned in our Proposal Article, we are prepared and expect to measure the success and effectiveness of each of the strategies outlined in this document. What gets measured, gets managed and we will change course where we consider necessary to focus our efforts on the strategies that yield the best results in terms of onboarding and retention of users on the Hive Blockchain (CaC).

I recently attempted to use Leo Dex to perform a SWAP.HIVE via Leo Dex, specifically with the Leo Dex send swap.hive feature. However, I have not yet received the expected Hive tokens, nor have I received a refund for the transaction. I've also noticed that others are facing similar issues, as they have not received their Hive tokens or refunds from transactions conducted over the past 2 days. I've reached out to @leodex , @leofinance , and @leo.voter regarding this matter for assistance and clarification.

Hello @khaleelkazi, greetings. I know this may sound a bit impertinent to you, I am writing this knowing that maybe you will not read it or it will seem crazy. However, knowing that I am in an unadvantageous position, I ask you to read it and take it into consideration:

My name is Brando Lanchez, I am a Hiver living in Maracaibo Venezuela.

I do Calisthenics, that sport that consists of exercising with your own body weight. In Hive we don't have the best reputation in the world, because of some fools who have decided to break the trust of Hive and waste the potential that our sport has, and because @Guiltyparties has decided to defend a guy who blatantly steals from the blockchain. There's nothing I can do about it to change that.

The thing is, we are no longer part of the SWC community, because we don't want to be complicit in that blatant theft. Washing the face of our sporting niche within Hive has been a difficult thing to do, and I'll be honest with you, I think impossible. For all the bad that @Manuelramos and street workout community has done.

But that has little to do with us, so I wanted to make an effort to invite you to check out our community: Hive Calisthenics.

It's been a bit of a head lift for our niche community, and we know it's risky for many Hivers to support any kind of sports sponsorship, and I also know that the opinion of many is “how does this help Hive”. It's complex.

My understanding is that Leo's team has a promotion and marketing plan that has little or nothing to do with Valueplan. As an attempt to independently push their application. I was wondering if there is a way for our community project to somehow help push the INLEO brand in a more healthy and transparent way, also less costly.

For the 14th of December we have an event. The second edition of ENDURANCE AT THE LIMIT. You can check it out:

Sorry for the damn spam, but I was wondering if it's possible to receive some kind of sports funding. In exchange for boosting the Inleo brand with Guerrilla Marketing. Maybe rewarding podium winners with a portion of LEO tokens, or doing onboarding with new users, t-shirts, banners.

It should be noted that for that day I estimate an amount of at least 250 spectators. Since it is the most important calisthenics event in the city. We could give away some Leo stickers, or stick to the budget plan that you have to correspond with this type of requests.
