📗 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear

An easy and proven way to build good habits and break bad ones…

This is one of those books that if you really get the concepts and apply them, then they’ll change your life. Perhaps slowly (that’s the point) but things will happen.

It’s not about grand plans and massive actions. Yes, they can have their place but it’s what we do on a small and daily level that has the most impact over time…

At its core, it’s all very simple and could be summed up in a few sentences. Then again, we all know what we should do, it’s just a matter of doing it!

Many talk about goals and working towards them. This is more about the goal of taking small, daily actions that will eventually lead you to a bigger goal and becoming a certain type of person in the process, if applied diligently and consistently.

Great book, well written and a key concept!
