Frozen apple pie

It was so much fun to be able to grab a bag of frozen apple pie filling from the freezer and make these cute lil' rustic hand pies today.
Enjoying our full circle living
We harvested the apples from our organic flower fruit processed the apples and turned them into delicious meal made from scratch , we filled and stored them in the freezer.

I love that feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when I pull them out to make treats like these delicious menu..
