Jack was learning to hunt in the woods with his fellow friend John, John died because a feral wolf attacked them unexpectedly and Jack was lost in the woods without his companion to guide him. He had a map and according to the map he must climb a mountain if he wants to complete his journey to get to the main road and finally get a ride to get back home.

He couldn't kick the can down the road any more, he had to make a decision, it was life or death. He had to climb the big mountain in front of him, soon it would be dark and the nocturnal animals would start to howl and growl in the darkest of the night.

It wasn't a scenery which he wanted to see or hear in panic. So till he had time, and till the sun still was shining, he had to climb the big difficult mountain to get to the other side.

According to the map, there was a river on the other side, which he could use to drink water, fill his plastic bottle and get cleaned up.

After some time, he decided to do it, there were bumps in the road but he got through them all, and he was able to get himself on the other side of the mountain. It was a laborious task, but he finally did it.
