Week 141 | my best childhood memories

Happy day, @weekend-experience friends how is your weekend going. Over here it's well long and joyful, we are in carnivals. And we are already starting to enjoy it. Even though we are in the holiday season, I don't leave my blog aside and I came to the community to see what topics our friend @galenkp brought us, all of them are good to give you an answer.

However, today I will talk to you about childhood, there are so many good things that happened in my childhood, but there is something that I treasure a lot and it was the visits we made to relatives who lived in the countryside.

I live in the city and although it is not one of those big cities with apotheosis urbanisms, it is more like a town, even though it is the first born of the American continent, by the way. But the thing is that where I live there are almost no trees, no land, no mountains and snakes, nothing like that he, he, he, he.

So when the vacations came, together with my mom and my brothers, we would go to the countryside, in Sabana de Piedras, a beautiful town, it was something spectacular, mountains and flowers everywhere, the clouds would sneak in among the people, the sun would embrace us without burning us, the birds had houses in each of the homes, as well as the roosters would wake us up in the morning, how could I not like all of this.

The children played with earth and made little houses of mud, I remember one day, I made a set of furniture with mud, the sensation of having the wet earth in my hands, its smell and what I could create was wonderful.

I played with my grandmother's wrinkled skin and her long hair with the smell of coconut oil, all of that I liked very much, being with my cousins walking through the squares, where we picked flowers that we then took to our mothers, it is really something I treasure from those unforgettable times.

As an anecdote of something that I did not like, but that I had to go through, was the fact that every time I traveled to that wonderful place, on the way, I always vomited and my ears hurt a lot, however, when the vacation was over I could not wait to go back again.

When I grew up, when I started my own family we also went there a few times and it is something I still enjoy, I love the countryside, seeing the animals, the flowers, climbing mountains, going to the river, seeing the crops and above all the kindness of the people, their smiles and their helping hand. Blessed are all those who live in those places smelling of coffee and wet earth, I love them.

I believe the experiences you've had in the past will be passed down to your own family and from them to their own. It's nice to look back and remember one's childhood days with happiness. This is a lovely post.

What a beautiful childhood you had, as children always one of our favorite places was in the grandparents house and if it was in the countryside it was more charming to a, I also love the countryside and one of my most longed childhood memories was also in places with interaction with nature.

Country side is perfect place for vacation from the city. Fortunately now I live in country side with nature ambience.
