This is indeed a wonderful poem, telling us that growth actually has different stages. And that we have to take things gradually until we get what we want.

Absolutely, my dear friend. Growth is in stages and no matter how painful each stage is, we have to go through it painstakingly...if we want to grow. Thank you for that.
