Learning How To Manage Profit

Money management is very important in business either in small or big business. I try to learn how to manage my small profit from my business.

Here are things that I do to save the profit.

• Buy more raw materials.
  I usually buy a pack of mung bean and sugar but now, I buy two packs.

• Cook my own food and keep it frozen
  Before I learn to manage the profit, I buy food everyday. The expense for the consumption will be high in the end of the month. Now I cook my own food and make some of the food in frozen fast food. I buy chicken and turn into some nuggets.

• Buy monthly electricity token.
  I usually buy the token if it is used up. I will cost higher. When I buy the token montly, I save about 20% of the expense for the electricity.

• Save or invest in raw material.
  I have more profit in a day, I often save and buy more raw materials. Buying raw materials is a kind of investment. I can have more products in the freezer.

Now, I can turn my Hive into HBD and put it in the saving. I hope in the coming months, I can save more HBD in the saving so that I can have higher interests.

With this strategy, I feel that I can overcome a difficult situation when my sale is low in a day. I have more stocks in the freezer because I have invested raw materials when the sale is good.
