There are many reasons why I love this game. Its gameplay is very fluid, it's fun, its soundtrack is very good. Besides I really like the console it's played on. Personally, I think the Nintendo Game Cube is the most aesthetic console. And its controls are very comfortable.

But above all I love this game because of the mystery it hid for me. Let me explain, when I started playing it, I had a limited amount of eligible characters. And as I did certain things, more characters were unlocked. The thing is, at that time I didn't have internet, and I didn't know anyone who played it. Therefore, I didn't know how many characters I had to unlock or what I had to do to unlock them.
Pero sobre todo amo este juego por el misterio que escondía para mí. Les explico, cuando comencé a jugarlo, tenía una cantidad limitada de personajes elegibles. When I played with my brother it was a surprise and elation when we accidentally unlocked Mewtwo. When we would try different methods to try to unlock other characters. That experience of discovering secrets and mysteries on your own is something that was lost. Now it's as easy as searching the internet and that's it. Personally, I think it's kind of lost its meaning.
Cuando jugaba con mi hermano era una sorpresa y una euforia cuando por accidente desbloqueamos a Mewtwo. Cuando probábamos distintos métodos para intentar desbloquear otros personajes. Esa experiencia de descubrir secretos y misterios por tu cuenta es algo que se perdió. Ahora es tan fácil como buscar en internet y listo. En lo personal, creo que se perdió un poco el sentido.
I have beautiful memories of spending hours and hours playing this. Trying to pass it 100%. Until I unlocked the last character and trophy. I have no idea how many hours I must have spent playing it, but I'm sure it was over 3000. And I can say that I completed it all. I squeezed every last drop out of it. It was a good experience.
Tengo hermosos recuerdos de pasar horas y horas jugando a esto. Intentando pasármelo al 100%. Hasta desbloquear el último personaje y trofeo. I swear, as I'm writing this, I feel like dusting off the old console and playing again. It makes me want to dust off the old console and play again. Unfortunately, the laser reader doesn't work. But I love the fact that it has a beautiful memories attached to it.

I guess they are lots of versions of super Mario, this is really an old game statted playing it during the sage days, it feels good to know it has been upgraded differently since then
I risk to say that nowadays there must be dozens of Super Mario games haha. I think he is the most exploited video game character so far.

I agree with your Nintendo Game Cube have aesthetic gamepad statement. And it has so many popular games just like the one you mentioned.
