Hola amigos feliz miércoles hoy tengo que trabajar y pensar algunas cosas para organizarme mejor, quisiera saber cómo tener conversaciones incomodas sin lastimar a las personas, es una pregunta que me hago a cada rato, pero ya viene navidad asi que debo tener esa conversación incomoda que en mi opinión no deberia tenerla pero a veces es bueno hacerlas para impulsar a las personas a mejorar.
