Graffiti on the Santander Bridge

Hello friends, these days I was on my way to a ceremony for the delivery of administrative positions, carried out by the Public Administration, and to go to the site, I had to pass by the Santander Bridge, located in the parish of El Paraíso, in the city of Caracas, this bridge is a double track where many vehicles travel.

On the opposite side is this mural painted on its long wall, and to his right is a small park located within the school Republic of Ecuador, the mural stands out for its painting and striking shapes, its message I could not decipher, but in its content is implicit, is what I intuit, looking for interne a phrase that is inscribed on its upper side, I can read in English 3 cream "Bloody" gore, although I look for its translation, for each word, I can not put together the puzzle of his sentence. Maybe someone can tell me the message.

Grafiti en el Puente Santander

Hola amigos, en estos días me dirigía a un acto con motivo de entrega de cargos administrativos, realizados por la Administración Pública, y para dirigirme al sitio, me tocó pasar por el puente Santander, ubicado en la parroquia El Paraíso, de la ciudad de Caracas, ese puente es una doble vía donde transitan muchos vehículos.

Del lado opuesto se encuentra este mural pintado en su larga pared, y a su derecha encuentra un parquecito ubicado dentro de la escuela República del Ecuador, el mural se destaca por su pintura y formas llamativa, su mensaje no lo supe descifrar, pero en su contenido está implícito, es lo que yo intuyo, buscando por interne una frase que está inscrita en su lado superior, logro leer en ingles 3 cream “Bloody” gore, aunque busque su traducción, por cada palabra, no logro armar el rompecabeza de su frase. Quizás alguno me pueda decir el mensaje.
