Calcium rich foods are: we have Leafly green: like spinach,kale and collard greens are good of of calcium.
Fish with enable bones: like sardines and mackerel provide both calcium and vitamin D.
Legumes: like beans, lentils and chickpeas are rich in calcium.
Fortified foods: like fortified cereals, plants based milk pork, mushrooms and orange juice.
Dairy products: like milk and cheese are good sources of calcium.
Vitamin d source include sunlight exposure for at least 15-30 minutes a day Can help the body produce vitamin D, foods: like eggs, fatty biscuits bones, fish and fortified food in the diet can help correct this hypocalcemia deficiency.
Hypocalcemia is not what u should worry yourself about, prepared good meal and add all this food sources of calcium and vitamin D to your diet, you will see your self recovery from this deficiency.
