It's a win win for all of us to be among the living and enter 2024 so this is me saying a big happy New year to everyone in this community, wishing you guys the best that this year can offer and achievement to all our set goals of the year. Well this is my first time posting in this community I hope I receive a warm welcome 😁😁.

I would start by thanking the admins for such a wonderful topic and for the opportunity to participate and I would be going on the first topic which is:
It's a new year, and we want to be better versions of ourselves. Tell us about the recurring expenses in your life that you can do without but still do.
What relevance are they to you, and what would it be like to be without them?

One of the recurring expenses in my life is the fact that I go to school, we all can't go far without education but we can decide not to go to school. I started school since I was 1year old till this day, it's something that keeps recurring in my life which I also spend on I can definitely do without them but I still go to school because if one must be useful he/she must go to school first.

I have seen instances where people that refused to go just to stay at home and lazy around just become useless they never amount to anything meaningful in life, it's either they end up learning tailoring, mechanic, hawking, doing houseboy or house girl and sometimes it's not as if doing this things won't take you that far but because their mindset hovers around illiteracy they never think outside the box, they never think of going big but when you see an educated person handling tailoring you see a large difference, you see someone that have that dream of going big one day.

Yeah that's what I mean by not being that useful, going to school makes you to be exposed, going to school gives you different knowledge about various things, going to school makes you meet different people of different kinds, going to school gives you an assured future, going to school gives you the confidence to talk in public, it makes you learn new things everyday, such person becomes a computer literate, you have a high IQ, you make friends, going to School brings alot of advantage to ones life it's life investing in something that would make you cash out later in the future.

There's more advantage when one goes to school although you spend alot but it's worth it when the person has interest in school, yeah I said so. It's normally cost alot but it's worth the expenses.
