Another get-together please 🎉

Indeed family is one of the things that makes sense in every man's life. It is part of the definition of a man. It creat to an individual that sense of belonging. It is also a symbol of unity that is whenever some individuals comes together even though not bloodily related or not even from the same tribe, once they are brought together for a purpose or reason and for them to create that sense of unity and peace among them, they call and see themselves as a family.
Now, looking at family as people that are blood related is the joy of every individual because it's one's identity that is, when ever an individual singled him or herself out in the society with good or bad character, the first thing the society will ask is the person's identity which is his family. It is a child's first sense of belongingness. When someone is in trouble or when something bad happen to someone, the people to call is still his family. My family is always at the furthest front among the people I love being with.

Our people says that anger with a brother doesn't reach to the bone. Even though I get angry with any of family members it doesn't pain or last longer like when it's an outsider. I remember the days we were younger, I mostly fight with my younger brother at home and will still defend or stand for each other outside even though we are still carrying face for each other.

Above all the four gone introductions, my best moments with my family is during the family get together. That is when everyone with his or her own family will come back home for series of activities like meetings, visitations, celebrations and many more. It's mostly during holidays and celebration period like ending December and early January. You need to see the kind of excitement in everyone's face and movements. During that period the whole family normally cook and eat from one pot . We normally use that period to go and greet different people like the neighborhood, the bereaved, our material home and several ceremonies of which we were invited. We also have family time before bed, which is the time we use to be with our parents and our children's grandparents. During this time we use to have fun. The both parent will tale us a folktale.

Then a day or some days will be carved out for the family meeting where the men will have their own different, the women, then the children will be gathered for an exercise like debate, quiz competition or any other cultural activities. Then at the end of the whole thing, the whole family will now go to church together on a Sunday for family Thanksgiving. After that we come back home and celebrations continue. Then from that week everybody will start going back to their various residents apart from those who based at home.
So it use to be a very beautiful moment for me and the entire family and most of that period I love being in the kitchen with other women because the feeding from one pot interest me more.
