😘😘 A day at the beach and a dessert for my daughters❤️ /// ❤️Un dia de playa y un postre para mis hijas 😘😘
Hello my dear ladies of hive, a cordial greeting to all. Today I want to share with you a special moment and it was a different day, a beach day, and I wanted to go to the beach to see such a beautiful landscape here in San Juan de los Cayos, Falcón state, to rest, relax and leave everything bad in the water.
Buenas mis queridas damas de hive, un cordial saludo para todas. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un momento especial y fué un día distinto, un día de playa, y quise ir a la playa para pasar a ver tan hermoso paisaje de aquí de San Juan de los Cayos, estado Falcón, a descansar, a relejarme y a dejar todo lo malo en el agua.
It was wonderful to feel my batteries recharge, playing with the sand and having fun with the waves. When I got home from the beach, I wanted to pamper my children by making a small chocolate cake.
Fue maravilloso sentir cómo mis baterías se recargaban, jugando con la arena y con las olas me divertí. Al llegar de la playa, quise consentir a mis hijas haciendo una pequeña torta de chocolate.
Here is the recipe for the cake that I prepared along with the photos of the preparation, first the list of the ingredients:
1/2 cup pure chocolate powder
1/4 cup edible oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising wheat flour
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup liquid milk
Aqui les dejo la receta de la torta que preparé junto con las fotos de la elaboración, primero la lista de los ingredientes:
1/2 taza de chocolate puro en polvo
1/4 taza de aceite comestible
1/4 taza de azúcar
1 taza de harina de trigo leudante
2 huevos completos
1/2 taza de leche líquida
The preparation was simple. In a small pot, I added the chocolate, oil, sugar and milk. I put it on low heat until the mixture completely compacted and the chocolate joined with all the ingredients mentioned.
La preparación fue sencilla. En una pequeña olla, agregué el chocolate, el aceite, la azúcar y la leche. La puse a fuego lento hasta que la mezcla compactó totalmente y el chocolate se unió con todos los ingredientes mencionados
Upon removing the mixture, I turned off the heat and inverted the mixture into a plastic container to add the wheat flour little by little and beat for about 5 minutes until the mixture was smooth. When it was ready, I prepared a cake pan with a little oil and a little wheat flour, I poured the cake mixture into it.
Al retirar la mezcla, apagué el fuego e invertí la mezcla en un recipiente de plástico para agregarle la harina de trigo poco a poco y batir durante aproximadamente 5 minutos hasta que la mezcla quedó homogénea. Al estar lista, preparé una tortera con un poquito de aceite y un poquito de harina de trigo, le eché la mezcla de la torta.
I put it in the electric oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
La puse al horno eléctrico precalentado a 180 grados centígrados durante 40 minutos.
When it was ready, I let it cool and unmold it. Then, in the blender, I put a little sugar and made homemade nevasugar to give it that sweeter touch.
Al estar lista, la puse a enfriar y la desmoldé. Después, en la licuadora, puse un poquito de azúcar y hice nevazúcar casera para darle ese toque más dulce.
When I finished it, I cut it and then served the plates to the girls to give them a detail to convey my love in the best way so we shared a small, easy and simple snack.
Al terminarla, la corté y luego le serví los platos a las niñas para darles un detalle para transmitirles mi cariño de la mejor manera así compartimos una pequeña merienda fácil y sencilla.
