I don't do music. I use to love it. Somewhere during my wifes cancer battle something in my brain broke when it comes to music. I listen to talk radio when I drive and if a song comes on I turn it off. Strange but true.

I know, I use to be the same way.
Grunge, heavy metal, rock, classic rock, alternative. Just about everything really.
I have been a bit nostalgic of late so this is what I have on at the moment.

Depends on what can of work, certain tasks requires absolute silence, others go well with music

Ohhh I can't work in silence
I use my brain for most work. I listen to music while doing other stuff at home though! Two years ago was Viking stuff, Last year was African hip hop, this year back to Japanese rock and roll and punk.
I love to just include music in whatever i do .. haha . Nowdays am listening to a lot of hiphop
